She was professional, exceptionally helpful and flexible with viewings and went above and beyond to help me out as my need was urgent. The staff in the branch were very welcoming during my initial visits so would highly recommend if you are looking for a house in this area. The attached move in box was the last bit of surprising service they offered on the move in date ??????

I have received so much support and advice from Jatin in handling my property sale. Given I don’t live in London it has been a weight off my shoulders knowing I had a reliable and trustworthy agent handling things for me. I can’t recommend Martyn Gerrard in Finchley enough. He makes way to solve any issue that will be in the way of achieving completion, he is reliable, professional and really just makes things happen. He looks on all possible routes to sell. 17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. My 13 months dealing with them were stressful, disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was arranged efficiently, allowing me to move in exactly at the agreed time.<br><br>The agent, Joel was incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable, making the whole experience completely stress-free. I really appreciate all the support and effort that went into making everything run so smoothly.<br><br>I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.
