Buying a first property is always stressful but Ross explained all the processes in detail and made the process so much smoother.<br><br>When we had questions he was able to answer them clearly and really made time for us, he even stayed on extra later outside hours to ensure we understood everything and felt supported.<br><br>He was available to message anytime, was always quick to reply and be open to a phone call to answer any questions we had.<br><br>We would highly recommend choosing Ross.

Lee is a relatively new addition to the team, and he has been a fantastic one.<br><br>He has taken care of issues for me in a way I haven’t experienced in the past. He’s extremely responsive, proactive, and has a real “get things done” mentality. Rather than just acknowledging a problem, he follows it through and makes sure it actually gets resolved, usually very quickly.<br><br>Lee has genuinely been one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. Thank you for your continuous support and for making such a difference.

From the very beginning, Vas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process of finding my new flat. Communication has been excellent, and he has always kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I needed clarification on anything.<br><br>Moving to London is a really big step for me and Vas made the entire experience feel so much easier and less overwhelming. 17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)A Fantastic Experience with Ellis & Co<br><br>We’ve had a really positive experience with Ellis & Co, and in particular, we’d like to thank Khalid for all his help and support throughout the whole process of moving into our flat.<br><br>Recently, we had an emergency with one of the sockets that started popping. It was already Friday evening, the office was closed, and most places were out of hours. Despite this, Khalid went above and beyond to find an electrician for us, and the problem was fixed in no time.<br><br>It really shows how much the agency cares about its tenants. The communication is always excellent, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve been there for us.<br><br>A big thank you to Khalid and the whole team at Ellis & Co for your outstanding service. We highly recommend them! ?????

He kept us updated at every stage and really helped to smooth over the back-and-forth on a few contract points with the seller's side. He was always quick to respond and clearly worked to keep things moving forward, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. Although it was quite a slow process with the buyer, the girls were great at their jobs, supportive and always available to answer questions. There were many calls and messages between us, so appreciated the frequent communication even if it was for a quick catch up. I valued how they kept close contact with solicitors on both sides, chasing up and updating with any progress.<br>Thanks Alpa and Stella for being so positive, for all your hard work and getting the sale sorted

He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up. I’d happily recommend them - and Jeremy in particular!
