From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, manageable, and straightforward. What really stood out was the level of detail and care he put into every stage of the journey. He took the time to explain every piece of terminology, every step involved, and every option available to me with incredible patience. No question was ever too small, and he always made sure I fully understood what was happening before moving forward. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. He went far beyond simply arranging a mortgage and provided valuable guidance on the properties I was considering. He helped me understand complex issues such as the Building Safety Act, EWS1 forms, leasehold considerations, and other important factors that could easily be overlooked by someone unfamiliar with the process. I would also like to give special thanks to Aryan Shahry at Barnard Marcus Estate Agents. Throughout the purchase, Aryan was incredibly supportive, proactive, and professional. We encountered several challenges along the way, but he consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, resolve issues quickly, and ensure progress was being made. His communication was excellent, and his dedication undoubtedly helped accelerate the transaction. Most importantly, he helped me find a fantastic flat that was exactly what I was looking for. 13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)After recently ending a tenancy of almost 15 years, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank Ellis & Co and, in particular, Belinda, Khalid and Niki for their professionalism, support and guidance throughout the years. Fifteen years is a long time to rent a property, and during that time we treated the house as if it were our own home. We took great pride in looking after it, maintaining it carefully and, in our view, returned it in a significantly better condition than when we first moved in. Like any long-term tenancy, there were naturally maintenance matters and property issues that arose over the years, some of which we felt could have benefitted from more proactive attention and investment. What stood out throughout was the support provided by Ellis. The team consistently acted professionally, responded promptly and always tried to find practical and fair solutions. A special thank you to Belinda, who worked incredibly hard to guide all parties through what at times became a challenging and sensitive end-of-tenancy process. Her patience, professionalism and willingness to mediate fairly were greatly appreciated. Khalid and Niki were also always approachable, knowledgeable and helpful whenever advice or assistance was needed. One of the things we valued most was the distinction between the service provided by the agency and the differing expectations that can sometimes arise between landlords and long-term tenants. Ellis always approached matters with professionalism and fairness, helping to navigate situations that were not always straightforward. Moving after 15 years was an emotional experience for us, but we are grateful to have had an agency that genuinely cared and supported us throughout the journey. 1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

She was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. She was also very informative, answered all of our questions honestly, and clearly knew the properties and area really well. Although we didn’t end up purchasing through Foxtons in the end, we genuinely had such a positive experience with Yvonne and really appreciated all of her help and effort. She made a lasting impression and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property!

Buying or selling a property in the UK is not the most easier process. But they made it the most smoothly possible for each part during all the transaction. I highly recommend to work with them.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. She is very personable and great at communicating and has always offered me a wide range of properties to review.
