8th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)They are the managing agent for the property I rent. I always find them polite, responsive and they get any issues resolved quickly.
29th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)On first impressions came across as confident of a very quick sale. Then once this didn’t happen started asking me to reduce the property by £10k increments on a fortnightly basis (you gave the price recommendation) I was dropped like a stone and passed over to the office junior - no weekly calls as I had requested and virtually no feedback from very few viewings - if any, I had to chase !! Once I could get out of the contract I even had to call them to get my property removed from right move !! Talk the talk but dont follow through on what they say they can offer. Don’t waste your time or money !!- 5th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)By far the rudest and clueless estate agents I have ever dealt with. Honestly ridiculous customer service received from them

I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!

Copper Violet took over the tenancy and it was a different feeling :) Girl power! They were engaged, friendly and involved. It was a good experience - I recommend :)
