We have been updated regularly and have felt like we have really been heard and listened to. From our first visit to getting the keys our experience has been brilliant. Smooth transaction throughout the process with great communication with the entire Kettering team. Bought for rental purposes and found the rental team proactive, only selecting clients to fit the bill and tenants move in on 20/7, so here's hoping for a long and happy relationship for all parties.

11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

They have taken on management of my property and made it a stress free process. I couldn't be happier and more confident in there services. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. To add to this they also sold a property for me. This was another great experience. Lots of interest in the house as soon as it was live, it then sold very quickly. The whole process up until completion has been smooth and clear. Great service from Bywater Herring!

We received constant updates from them and nothing was ever too much trouble - often going above and beyond to ensure the transaction went through. They made the experience of moving easy and kept on top of the chain throughout so we always knew what was going on. Fully deserving of the 5* review.

There were still several people due to view but we had accepted, so these people were informed. Good communication throughout.
