She was super friendly from the start and genuinely seemed really happy for us the whole way through. She kept us updated regularly with what was going on in the chain so we always felt in the loop, which we really appreciated. When we went to pick up the keys Lauren wasn’t there, but we met Lisa who was also really lovely and welcoming. Such a lovely touch as well being given a little gift box with some new home essentials like washing detergent and tea bags ?? Big thank you to Lauren and the rest of the team. We’re so happy to finally be homeowners and would definitely use Carter Williams again in the future! 10/10 Lucy & Lee x
6th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

Explained everything clearly and handled each step with confidence and professionalism. Abigail is incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Always took the time to make sure I fully understood my options. I felt completely supported throughout. Having worked with a previous mortgage advisor before, I can confidently say that Abigail was far better in every way. I felt genuinely comfortable around her, which made a huge difference during such an important financial decision. I would highly recommend Abigail to anyone looking for expert advice delivered with care. *****

Your Move is the first agent who gave us immediate response for our property valuation request. The photos and virtual tour were perfectly done and well described as such. The property gone to the market in just two days. Michael was very professional and helpful throughout. The response time was pretty quick and Michael was always easily reachable. Thanks for all Your Move team.

17th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I saw a property, enquired, arranged a viewing, viewed the property and showed an interest. I asked the agent whats next and she said, I will discuss with the owner of the proerty and get back to me. After 3 days, sent a message asking if I like the property. I was confused, why? Because, I have already told you I like it. The next day, I called and she said I have to inform the owner. So I asked, does it usually take this long? She said, the owner is just being careful. I thought about it severally and just did not understand the whole saga but now its more clearer.

That’s where I met an amazing and exceptional woman named Rebecca, the team’s Mortgage Services Manager. From the moment we spoke, I connected with her straight away. She took all my anxieties and worries away by providing clear, detailed information about mortgages, affordability, and the entire process as a first?time buyer. She explained everything with patience and care, making sure I understood each step. Rebecca is truly remarkable. She made me feel at ease and supported me throughout the journey of purchasing the property of my choice. She has been flexible, polite, patient, informative, and always accessible whenever I needed guidance. I also want to thank Josh and Ellie, two of the agents I worked with while searching for a property. They were professional, informative, accessible, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend William H Brown in Wellingborough. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication made a world of difference :)

Richard Slater and Sam were particularly helpful, especially on the day the buyers took ownership as we we unable to be at the property to hand over the keys ourselves. We also let a property with Lucas, and the lettings team are also first class. Thank you!

They have always been very knowledgeable and professional and the process has also been straightforward and hassle free. We cannot recommend them enough. And we will definitely use them in the future if we decide to move again.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)If I could leave no stars, I would. Very disappointing experience as buyers. We were encouraged on multiple occasions to increase our offers, only to be told much later that the seller was not actually in a position to proceed as they had not found anywhere to move to. Had this been made clear from the outset, we would never have increased our bids. Communication was inconsistent throughout, with long delays and changing explanations about the seller’s situation. We did not receive timely written confirmation of our offers or the seller’s responses, and only received a retrospective summary after repeatedly requesting clarity. Being pushed to increase our offer several times, only to later discover that the seller could not move forward, left us feeling that the process was driven by price rather than transparency. This lack of clarity and honesty caused unnecessary stress and ultimately led us to withdraw. We would strongly advise other buyers to ensure everything is confirmed in writing from the very beginning.

Upon instruction the process was seem-less with great communication . The photos showed my home looking wonderful and truthful. The appointment booking for viewers was communicated very well with clear feedback. I would highly recommend the lovely team to anyone in the future!

Considering we were with another estate agents before them, we have never known an estate agent to get back to us so quickly. From the start they have kept communication with us, they have dealt with any little issues super quickly. They were polite and understanding. They ensured our move was smooth and easy and communicated effectively throughout. They have checked in with us already too which is lovely. We have a direct person to communicate any issues with, which is so helpful. At previous estate agents, we had to wait on responses and things would get passed to a different person and we wouldn’t know who to ask for. Charlton brown have been so great, thank you for such an easy transition.

Jamie supported us during the early stages of our purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always responsive, reassuring, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference at what can be quite a stressful time. Clare helped us during the later stages and did a great job coordinating communication with the sellers and keeping the process moving. She was proactive in following up on both sides and clearly worked hard to help progress things as smoothly as possible. Overall, we really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and support during the purchase. Thank you both for helping us get over the line!
