9th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot. Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home. All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering. Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.

Sam who helped us with the purchase was amazing from start to finish and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible so we completed in just 8 weeks ????Thankyou! Ross from the lettings side was also great and whenever we needed anything things were resolved quickly. Would highly recommend for letting for sales!

Got a call back the same day I made an inquiry to arrange a veiwing. The application process was so simple, And I got the decision on the day they said. Would recommend.

17th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)They were fine when I first took out the rental, but since I terminated the lease they've been awful. Unresponsive to emails, delaying returning the deposit, for a different reason every time I call them about it. Really disappointed in their total lack of professionalism. They're not even showing any common courtesy, in fact they are downright rude now. Like many other reviews I fully believe they are trying to retain as much of the deposit as they can for as long as they can. Be very wary if you are thinking of renting a property from them, they're exactly the kind of shoddy business that gives estate and letting agents a bad rep.

I am very happy I chose them as my agents as they did what my previous ones didn't and got my property sold within 2-3 months.
8th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I chose Chelton Brown to manage my portfolio based on personal recommendation and my own research. I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales. Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants. 3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.

Most courteous of people who kept me up to date with everything with the progress of the sale. Highly recommend Matthew Nicholas for buying or selling a property

In the end we bought via Taylor’s, but in the run up to the this has a great experience with Kayleigh Manning at Giggs & Co. Kayleigh really went above and beyond in helping us look for a property, and knew exactly what we were after once we gave her the details. She had great communication skills, even setting us a whatssap group to constantly keep us in the loop with properties within our price range. Despite not purchasing with her or the company, my partner and I would never hesitate to contact her again if buying of selling a house.
