10th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Very disappointing experience with Your Move, especially as this was our first home purchase.<br>Before completion, we were clearly told and also confirmed by email that the property would be cleaned and all the rubbish and full bins would be removed before we received the keys. Unfortunately, when we collected the keys and entered the property, none of this had been done.<br>We contacted the agency immediately and were told they would speak to the owner and get back to us, but we received no further response.<br>Throughout the buying process, we also experienced issues where what we were told verbally did not always match what later appeared in the paperwork. This made the whole process stressful and difficult.<br>Buying our first home should have been a special and happy moment for our family. Sadly, the way the keys were handed over and the lack of support afterwards made the experience even more disappointing.<br>My advice to anyone buying through Your Move is to double-check everything yourself before transferring the funds, even if you have received confirmation that something will be done. Don't simply rely on promises — make sure everything is actually completed before completion.<br>I’m sharing this review so future buyers can be aware and avoid having the same experience.

She was always approachable, communicated clearly and made everything much easier and less stressful for me.<br>I really appreciate all the support and excellent service I received from Evie. I would definitely recommend her and Hawkins & Harrison. Thank you, Evie, for all your help!

She took the time to show me around the property and answered all my questions patiently.<br><br>I really appreciated her kindness and support, and she made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. 24th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot praise Sharman Quinney enough. We worked with Lauren Jones, who helped us sell our house extremely quickly after we had found a house we loved. Unfortunately, we missed out on the original property but Lauren and the team went door knocking locally to find us an alternative property that we loved even more that we have had our offer accepted on, all in the space of around 2 weeks!<br>Communication with Lauren and the team is excellent, no matter who you speak to on the phone everyone has knowledge of where you’re at in the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>We would definitely recommend and would work with Sharman Quinney again in the future.<br><br>Lauren, thank you so much!

22nd Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I had rented my property with other agents in the town (Kettering) for a number of years and it came to light there was lot going on but not all to my benefit. Becky was starting up with Lucas and she was a breath of fresh air, she was clear concise and no fuss. She delivers what she says she will, a mine of information and some of the best counsel you can have. Ultimately is came time to sell and Keith stepped in from the sales side and got the job done. It is obviously a good culture at Lucas but for me it all started with Becky - and I probably would of sold earlier if it was not for her watching my back. Thank you and all the best

Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

8th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)I'll be generous and not give the 1 star treatment because they weren't the worse but they're definitely in the not great category. The best positive I can give is they were quick to get us onto the market and did get us viewings. The issue is the guys talk themselves up as being the best in the area but we didn't see that. We often found them to not know their stuff when talking to prospective buyers. Often bringing people to view who would never have been a fit for our property, either by price or circumstances, wasting a lot of our time and energy.<br><br>They showed little to no effort to us at times. They wouldn't contact us very promptly, instead we'd have to chase them for updates after they said they'd contact us. When we got an answer the first thing was simply 'Sorry, we're very busy'. This didn't give us much confidence that they care about us as their customers.<br><br>Their best answer was purely to want to drop the property price, not because it was justified but because it would make their job easier. They appear to work on selling at quantity and rushing as much through as possible, stretching the truth when they need to to get things over the line.<br><br>Had they been more upfront about their approach to sales I wouldn't have hired them.

The team were approachable and took a thoughtful, personal approach rather than making the process feel rushed. They communicated clearly, listened to what I needed, and were helpful whenever I had questions. 17th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)This was my second time using Simpson and Weekley, Wellingborough branch.<br>Mel, Zara, Chris and Becca were fantastic and really helpful and supportive throughout.<br><br>Mel came out to see the house and gave a fair valuation and took photos a few days later once we signed the paperwork. As last time, Mel was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.<br>From that point on, the whole team were great at getting people through the door and, sending us regular updates.<br>Once we had a buyer the team all pulled together to support the sale and 3 months later we were in our new home.<br><br>This was arguably a tougher market but the team kept us informed and communicated with us well. As such we would 100% recommend to anyone putting there house on the market and wouldnt hesitate to use again in the future.
