She went above and beyond in finding me the right tenant.A tenant viewed the flat with Sarah and a decision was made immediately to rent the flat. All of this was done within 3 working days. She was super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the lettings market. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sarah Hewitt in the future and I would highly recommend her. Superb!!!

28th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption. Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

26th Apr 2024 (20 weeks ago)Jay, Stacey, Karon and Paula, were all friendly and very helpful, and answered any questions we needed them to. Always got back to us even out of working hours for themselves, we would 100% recommend them, and we would use them again!!

12th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)From first contact with MG Estate Agents, they were on time for our agreed appointment. I met with Gavin who was very polite, he wanted to know about the life in my fathers property before going onto our thoughts about the selling price. He was very knowledgeable about houses up for sale or ones that had just been sold. He went through how MG would go about advertising the property and process. I was very impressed with the street app the company uses which keeps you fully updated with viewings and feed back on how it went. I have been able to contact MG Estate agents with ease, and they have answered any questions I have had. The company were very active with the selling of the property and very quickly had it up live and brought viewers to see the property, i believe the house was marketed at the right price, which brought the viewings. I would use this company again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Carole Mead
31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Wonderfully warm with the perfect essence of a Lady Agent from Wales. A breath of fresh air from the desk/computer based Agent dare I say? Book her! Seriously Meant! Janthompsonoriginals.

I felt like she was completely transparent throughout the whole process, consistent, incredibly resourceful and determined to get the best outcome for everyone involved. She was my first port of call whenever I had questions because I knew she'd reply promptly and would find out whatever she could to help us.

The whole process has been stress free, Tom has kept me informed the whole way through and answered the many questions I've had throughout the process. 23rd Aug 2024 (21 days ago)I have contacted fine and country 4 times to try and arrange a viewing on a property that we are interested in in Wenalt road rhiwbina Cardiff and they don’t get back to you. The seller is no doubt paying a lot of money to sell the property and are getting a really poor service. How many other people have tried to view and the seller lost potential sales. Very poor service.

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
