3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

17th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)No viewings- 28th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)I was impressed with the whole process of selling my home from the initial valuation, marketing plans and then following up offers on a Bank Holiday! The nominated contact to deal with aspects once I had a buyer was very welcome. This has proved invaluable to maintain contact.
23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.
30th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)I recently got offered my own flat for the first ever time and they were so super helpful, everytime I rang I had a kind lady on the other end of the phone helping me and being patient with my questions, as I said this is my first ever place by myself so i'm quite clueless when it comes to sorting bills ect and she helped me with everything :) great service, thankyou!
21st Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Just completed my purchase. Due to the perfect storm with lockdown, stamp duty holiday my experience was very stressful. Thankfully Homes & Land guided me through. I really trust them and are nice to deal with. Chloe went above and beyond the call of duty. Would use them again in a without any hesitation.

Very pleased with the service following the first appointment to provide a valuation and then throughout the journey to secure a buyer. The app which provides insight on booked appointments and feedback was incredibly useful and allowed me to understand the views or prospective buyers swiftly post viewing. Delighted to have received multiple offers above asking price and the support from the post sales team (Charly) was spot on. Delighted to complete today and would recommend the Costessey office for others looking to sell.

I had a very disappointing experience with them, and I strongly urge you to spread this information as widely as possible. Despite their promises, they never followed through with the service they claimed to provide. I recommend requesting written confirmation from them before making any purchases or commitments.
