4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We contacted Brown&Co as they had sold another property for us about nine years previously, which had gone very well. We put this property on the market in 2025 and at this point we were introduced to Elisha who dealt with us very professionally. Elisha was always happy to discuss how to move forward and we felt she always kept us informed of what was happening. If Elisha was on another call she called back promptly and was excellent at responding to questions and following things through. We eventually moved in May 2026 and purchased another house through Brown&Co and very much appreciated the patience and time Mason and Sally spent keeping us informed of progress. They were always both very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Thank you to everyone involved for a successful house move.<br>David and Jane Ramsbottom
11th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Unfortunately for whatever reason we failed to even get one viewing in the two months which we were on Martins books. The only communication after the initial set up of the sale from them was approximately three weeks in when we were advised to drop the price, which we did. Even so, not one enquiry. I know the market is slow but not even a ‘catch up’ call was forthcoming from Martins. We were very disappointed and wish we had gone with the other agent who tendered.

They will find any reason to over charge you.<br>I couldn’t put half a star.. Good luck to you if you’re starting your journey with this company, you’ll need it.

We loved the way sefftons arranged our viewing appointment, having a 1:1 viewing appointment was much more pleasant! Instead of 1 agent and 10 other people viewing the property at the same time.

From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home
