We felt that this personal approach, where genuine care was shown, made what can at times be a tiresome & daunting experience, become one of stability & assurance. She was open about the company’s performance on paper, but it was clear she had joined with real motivation to grow the business — and that really came through. Her attitude, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. She kept us updated throughout and was always on hand to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future — the company is very lucky to have her.

7th May 2026 (6 days ago)After a long (& at some times stressful) journey, we were finally able to ‘seal the deal’ thanks in no small part to the team at Bycroft. From the always cheerful Reece who is the first to answer the phone, to the superbly well organised Tia and ultimately the amazing Michele who held our hand through a difficult purchase having discovered subsidence on our survey. We would have run for the hills, but Michele kept a cool head and guided us and the sellers to keep the deal alive. What a great team

10th May 2026 (3 days ago)We sold our house with iconic a month ago and had a brilliant relationship with them throughout. Communication was excellent, whole transaction from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Gary come and took our photos within days and our house was on the market within 72 hours of reaching out to iconic, Gary in the office was also brilliant, answered any questions I had and helped communicate with our vendor, not to mention also helped when it come to communicating with our solicitors. Would use them again in the future for sure. Martha and Robert Daniels.

They kept me well informed about viewings on my property making sure that viewers would be turning up at the allocated time. They ensured that all staff showing people around were thoroughly familiar with the merits of the house and the strengths of living in the area. Whittley Parish also chased up feedback and offers promptly. Brilliant estate agent!

23rd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have used Mills Knight for a number of years and always found that this family run estate and letting agency provide an excellent service. Directors Julie and Neil and their professional staff are available and hands-on, sourcing reliable tenants for my rental properties and managing them, for probate valuation, and more recently helping to guide the sale of my north Norwich rental flat to a satisfactory conclusion in a subdued market. The firm are well-known and respected locally, having operated from their Bank Plain office for 60 years, and I shall certainly continue to entrust them with my property affairs, as they consistently give sound advice on rental levels and realistic sale prices. They always pay attention to the detail. Keep up the good work!

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.
2nd May 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent service from Ollie, Zak and Fin with regular updates regarding viewings and always making time to discuss everything to do with selling our property. Amanda in Sales Progression was also amazing, chasing the chain and updating us with every bit of news she got as our sale took longer than expected. We highly recommend Stobart & Hurrell to anyone. They certainly deserve the 5 stars!
28th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.

Positive, honest conversations, a very positive and proven accurate valuation, clear and consistent communications throughout the process, listening to our views and a willingness to incorporate those ideas and thoughts into the marketing materials.....everything was as easy and painless as it could be, and a quick, positive outcome in terms of getting multiple offers and being now able to proceed towards completion. 100% recommend PL to anyone looking to sell their home.

15th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling and buying through Sefftons and WOW. I had my house on the market with a larger agent who told me it would sell very quickly, and failed to sell it after months. Then Suzanne came round and gave me an honest valuation, and the property sold quickly to a serious buyer. Charlotte and Siobhan were great on viewings and always had the answers to my questions. Sefftons are a small team which makes the world of difference as I didn't just feel like a number to them. The ladies were always friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. I would recommend Sefftons to anyone.
