They will find any reason to over charge you.<br>I couldn’t put half a star.. Good luck to you if you’re starting your journey with this company, you’ll need it.

Any concerns or maintenance issues we raised were dealt with promptly and efficiently, which gave us great peace of mind. 3rd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

They offered honest, reliable and trustworthy advice and went above and beyond to help us. Lizzie and Natasha in particular were fantastic! Our house purchase had a few issues along the way and the Aylsham Arnold Keys branch worked incredibly hard to solve them quickly and effectively, often ringing round various contacts everyday. We would highly recommend them.

Ultimately they got the job done and that’s becoming more and more rare in the economic climate.<br><br>We were regularly updated and the congratulations present at the end was a nice touch. With Jonathan we never felt stressed during the house sale process and we were delighted when he found a lovely family as the purchasers.
