I found a super house, contacted WHB, and Lewis took control of the process from start to finish, and I couldn't be more grateful - just need to unpack now :)

15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Since the day my house went up for sale Lorraine & the team were extremely helpful and compassionate. I believe it was one of the longest house sales they’ve had (not through any fault of theirs) yet they always remained positive and happy to host as many viewings as needed to get the home sold. Communication has been amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Would definitely use again!

14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Regrettably, I feel only able to give ?? for the quality of service received and I’ll explain why. We dealt with Julie regarding a property valuation. She came with particulars of similar properties and expressed why our property could never be placed on the market at a higher pricing point. Whilst welcoming a realistic professional opinion, it was her tone we didn’t care for: impertinent or, to put it another way, ballsy and, quite frankly, overbearing, to the point of rude. It felt like the agenda was set from the moment she set off from base that, by bringing these property particulars, she would control the narrative on pricing point. We didn’t feel treated like individuals, but rather that our property was in a mass of comparables just by her use of other property particulars. Whilst being aware of certain realities, her approach was unnecessary. Interestingly, we invited valuations from other estate agents, which were handled far better in terms of manners, respect and social skills. Before we met the representatives of the other estate agents, we expected more of the same, concerned that what we received from Julie was the industry standard, but this was not the case at all, underlining the manners and social skills disparity. Whilst she might have regarded it as organised and prepared by bringing particulars of other properties to our property valuation, this didn’t reflect positively at all on us. Instead, it appeared rushed than what should have felt much more natural and ease, particularly in a first encounter; prospective clients don’t necessarily want to sign on the dotted line at the first available opportunity. To Julie, sealing a deal might have been transactional (that’s how it appeared to us) but every property has its own life story that means every interaction should be handled sensitively, along with professionalism and common courtesy. Good manners cost nothing, so please take this feedback to Julie in the context of how she made us feel, regardless of whether or not she intended to portray herself in this way. Edit: To the Directors of Iconic Thank you for the response to my review. It was Julie who attended the appointment to value our property and she introduced herself as such. Even if we couldn’t remember her name, her photograph on your website confirms it was her. In the ordinary course of events, I would have welcomed hearing that my feedback is treated constructively, except for the inference that we must somehow be mistaken. This is both disappointing and offensive. There are other estate agents in close proximity of your business. I hope you don’t let it become iconic for all the wrong reasons.

10th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)According to Google moving house is the third most difficult life event, but the team at Watson were wonderfully supportive through the whole process. From taking photos at the beginning to finally handing over the keys to the new owner they were always there with kindly help. They were there to advise and assist with the several problems that arose by being in a chain of buyers and sellers. Often a member of the team would provide information to facilitate progress to the next stage even if it did not directly involve them. We are very grateful for their friendly advice and efforts.

We were fortunate to work with them on both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new home, and the process was seamless on both counts. Their communication was excellent, and the team's friendly and knowledgeable approach made the experience stress-free. They were diligent in keeping us updated throughout, which was invaluable given the complexities of buying and selling simultaneously. We couldn't have asked for a better service and highly recommend Arnold Keys to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.
2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)Excellent service from Ollie, Zak and Fin with regular updates regarding viewings and always making time to discuss everything to do with selling our property. Amanda in Sales Progression was also amazing, chasing the chain and updating us with every bit of news she got as our sale took longer than expected. We highly recommend Stobart & Hurrell to anyone. They certainly deserve the 5 stars!
28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.

Positive, honest conversations, a very positive and proven accurate valuation, clear and consistent communications throughout the process, listening to our views and a willingness to incorporate those ideas and thoughts into the marketing materials.....everything was as easy and painless as it could be, and a quick, positive outcome in terms of getting multiple offers and being now able to proceed towards completion. 100% recommend PL to anyone looking to sell their home.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling and buying through Sefftons and WOW. I had my house on the market with a larger agent who told me it would sell very quickly, and failed to sell it after months. Then Suzanne came round and gave me an honest valuation, and the property sold quickly to a serious buyer. Charlotte and Siobhan were great on viewings and always had the answers to my questions. Sefftons are a small team which makes the world of difference as I didn't just feel like a number to them. The ladies were always friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. I would recommend Sefftons to anyone.
