She contacted me weekly to keep me updated and actioned everything in a timely manner. She even visited on the moving day to gift a moving in box and emailed a week later to check I had settled in. Could not fault the office - an excellent service at all times. 100% recommend Watton branch, but especially Erin. Thank you.

Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control.
