15th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)The WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and it seems I very much dodged a bullet. I recently went to view a rental property, agreed to pay 12 months rent upfront and a provisional move-in date, signed the tenancy, paid the 1st month's rent and damage deposit in advance (rest on sale completion), and was advised to call back within the hour to speak to John to arrange key collection 48 hours later. It wouldn't be a lie if I told you that John, also the Area Lettings Manager, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. In the 1.5 hours, he sat opposite me arguing, I was told to shut up and be quiet twice (his actual words). I was shouted at. I was called a bully because I wanted to know why all four staff members had failed to call the landlord or myself back the day before. I had questions ignored. I was lied to when I asked if the calls were recorded (even though other staff members have confirmed they were). I was laughed at. I was also told (with a big smirk on his face) that he had advised the landlord to re-market the property if I hadn't completed and transferred the balance of 17k by close of play the next working day and would now not be allowed to move in, as agreed. It appears the poor lady I had spoken to on the phone was only a trainee and shouldn't have dealt with my call. Feeling backed into a corner, I advised the landlord I would withdraw my application. The property is now back on Rightmove and empty, and WHB needs to start all over again with viewings and referencing and refund my money. This is only a snippet of the complete mess it’s been from start to finish. The landlord and I have raised formal complaints, but am I surprised? No. I have never heard anything good about them, and their staff turnover is incredibly high, but look at how their Manager treats people.
5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have just moved to my new home in Watton and Erin has been brillant,good communication and keeping us up to date with the progress of the move .We asked to view the house a few time (as empty) which was no trouble to her so I felt comfortable emailing and asking her.She really seems to enjoy her job a very happy person and easy to talk to a lovely lady.She is an asset to the company. Bruce, Sandy, Gemma and Ruben all listened, helped and acted on whatever issues, queries and stress we had through the whole process of selling our late Mum’s property in Reepham. Special further mention for Sandy as she always seemed to anticipate our needs and knows when to chase and when to sit tight and wait for progress in the selling process. I throughly recommend WHBrown Reepham for whatever service it is they offer that you need. We only completed before Christmas due their commitment. Thank you all at WHBrown????????

I really appreciate.- 16th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)After being in absolute despair with my tenants moving out and my existing letting agents not doing a thing about it, I even got desperate enough to consider "we buy any house.com" and take a 60k hit on what it was worth. I'd never been so stressed about anything in my life, it almost sent me into a depression. Along came James Turner, I don't have a clue how he got my number, he calls me up and asks if I've found tenants. I said no, I need help, I am at my wits end and everyone who is dealing with it is grossly incompetent. James reassured me, he gave evidence based reasoning as to why I should switch over to William H Brown, for the first time I finally felt like there was someone on the case who knew what they were doing. James personally collected the keys from the other company and started lining up viewings - when my existing letting agents had not arranged a single one in 10 weeks!!. Naturally I cancelled with my existing letting agents and signed with William H Brown and within days James not only secured tenants but also got multiple offers. I can't believe how different this experience was compared to the other companies. James Turner outperforms any other Letting Agent I have every dealt with in my life - the man is a miracle worker, I hope his line manager reads this, understands his worth and gives him a pay rise because they've got a real winner representing them here, and this guy is worth his weight in gold.

Charlii is lovely and knows when to step back and when to lead when viewing a property - we felt really relaxed and able to take our time viewing. We’ve been updated tremendously through their team at CompleteAsap (Amelia is lovely to talk to!) and I am so so grateful that Euan and Bradley joined the team while we sold our property through their previous agency as it means they were able to see it to the end. It’s been an incredibly hard couple of years for us and Euan has honestly been my rock, I could just call and say ‘help’ and he’d fix it in whatever way he could. Hopefully I’ll never have to move again ???? but if we ever do, I’ll be calling them without a doubt. Thank you so so much ??

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Whittley Parish for my first move in 48 years because they are a small, local, independent business. Of the three agents that I initially considered, Alex Parish demonstrated the greatest local knowledge and the best understanding of my requirements. I have no regrets about my decision to commission them. Throughout the whole process, from the initial planning session to the completion of my sale, Alex and his colleagues were professional, reliable and always did whatever we had agreed. Their communications were clear and they were responsive to all of my questions or concerns. They were supportive to me personally and showed a good understanding of all aspects of the sales process as well its legalities and practicalities. I recommend Whitley Parish without any reservations.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
