26th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

18th Aug 2025 (12 weeks ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

18th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)PRG were down to earth and honest from the start. They took all the hassle away from me once I gave them all the details. They kept me up to date with progress and made the whole experience easy. They also had a solicitor on site which again meant I could easily have them deal with the full sale without me having to shop around and deal with separate people. A full and easy seamless transaction dealt with for me easily. I would definitely recommend them.

14th Mar 2025 (7 mo. ago)We moved one week ago and I have given time for the dust to settle before writing this review; however I still feel it would be inaccurate for me to give more than one star. As the buyer you definitely feel you are not as important as the seller. Having viewed in August and being unable to view our property again till the day after missives were concluded added to the stress of the move. We haven't considered reaching out to them regarding some issues we've had since moving in to the property as they had no intention of helping us throughout the process. Possibly a good agent for the seller though.

My husband and I moved into a flat managed by Home Lettings and we were very impressed with the level of response when things needed fixing. The staff are always so kind and personable as well. I would definitely recommend Home Lettings to potential landlords or lessees!

1st Feb 2019 (6 years ago)After researching all the Estate Agents in my area, I decided to go with LM Properties as they had a good success rate of selling properties. My flat sold in 1 week!!! I cannot praise Lynsey and Robert for all they're professional helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended!

4th Jun 2025 (23 weeks ago)It is 39 years since we bought or sold a property. The information and support we received from Mark and his team, was superb. The communication of viewings was excellent, we had 44 viewings in a week and Melissa kept us informed at all stages.

Within a week of first meeting Ross the property was on the market, with a sale agreed less than two weeks later. The communication was excellent from start to finish, I dealt mostly with Katrina and Audrey but huge thanks to everyone else in the office also! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future
