19th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Arranged a home visit promptly after our enquiry. Really knowledgeable about the area and resent sales etc. Gave us sensible advice about the selling price. Best selling fees from any of the agents in the area. Excellent brochure of photographs produced. Mark, Dan, Nigel, Laura and Rachel have all been so helpful steering us through something we are not familiar with. We highly recommend Treagust's Estate Agents

We let with them for 2 years and during this time they were always lovely to speak to, prompt with resolutions and kept in contact when needed. Overall would highly recommend them as an estate agents for anyone looking to let in the area. Thank you to Yasmin and everyone for all of their support over the last 2 years.

On 4th day he still didnt speak to me but I was told the place was now under offer ???? - what a surprise! It costs nothing to be polite & responsive to prospective clients ????

My sale was particularly protracted, but Strutt & Parker supported me every step of the way and ensured that the sale came to a successful conclusion, despite a number of setbacks caused by a related sale further up the chain. It was only the care and attention that Strutt & Parker took that ensured the sale kept on track. Wonderful service.

3rd Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the moving process without Kate. Thank you so much to Kate and everyone else we dealt with at Knight Frank.
