From the start when we met Sara Morgan, we were impressed with their straightforward, no nonsense approach to selling our house. The staff in the office were excellent in arranging viewings and letting us know how those viewings went. Once the property was sold we were served excellently by Louise Thompson-Dodd of the Progression Team with plenty of conversations and always available vie phone and email. Even when the first sale fell through we were able to re market straight and a new buyer found the next day to get us back on track. Right up to when contracts were exchanged Sims Williams were there to help with last minute hiccups. Cannot recommend Sims Williams highly enough, 5 stars is not enough!

23rd Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Having worked with Charlotte Turner, over the last 12 months or more, it's obvious that Charlotte is passionate about all things related to the property market, always offering valuable, "matter of fact" advice, which delivers results, her attention to detail prior to marketing is 2nd to none, with each Vendor receiving a bespoke service start to finish.<br>If you are selling in PO21 or the direct postcodes, I would highly recommend you contact Charlotte Turner.
22nd Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

They have always resolved tenancy and maintenance issues in a prompt and thorough manner, with good, open communication. I have felt very well supported. A 5 star service all round!

Very very easy with these guys, kept me up to date constantly and kept their word. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Connor

The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, and the whole team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jo Woodrow, who was absolutely brilliant. Jo went above and beyond at every stage, keeping me informed, answering any questions promptly, and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale.
