We then decided to go with Sims Williams in Walberton.<br>They sold our house with in a few weeks<br>Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and kept us up-to-date with the process of our property being sold.<br>We would definitely recommend Sims Williams.

23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Martin & Co have been fantastic during this current tenancy, we’ve been through a handful of estate agents over the years and none have been better than these guys, specifically Hayley and Cara.<br><br>Probably the only estate agents who pick up the phone on the first ring, and definitely, in my experience, the only ones who have genuinely cared.<br><br>Always incredibly prompt in arranging for issues to be fixed as and when they sporadically arise, very personable and relatable people, which makes everything just that bit easier when they do.<br><br>Many thanks to all the team!<br><br>Jack

22nd Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.
