Best selling fees from any of the agents in the area. Excellent brochure of photographs produced. Mark, Dan, Nigel, Laura and Rachel have all been so helpful steering us through something we are not familiar with. We highly recommend Treagust's Estate Agents
8th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Town & Country worked around my busy schedule with viewings and communication. Their all round local knowledge and experience was evident with the viewers and myself. They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.
9th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

8th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Offer accepted on some land, the vendor withdrew from the sale as is their prerogative. The agent chose not to pass the info on for over a week. Unprofessional behaviour.

The house went on the market in a challenging environment and Reeds Rains did their best to attract buyers and maintain our morale! They also provided sound advice when needed.

Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. 17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
