9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)My husband and I were viewing properties through Leaders Gosport, we had dealings with Danny, Helen and on occasions Chloe. We had an amazing experience with them and they were extremely kind, they were also very patient with us as we were rather persistent when we found a property we loved.<br>We thought we would have issues getting into the property on the day of our move with moving van timings, key collections etc, however Helen contacted us on the Saturday and confirmed she would do everything she could to get us in the property earlier. Helen called again early on the Monday (day before the move) and had managed to get everything sorted for us. This was above an beyond what I would expect however it left an impression on us.<br>Danny was also great, she was friendly and again very understanding of what we were looking for. We also have a dog and previously we had issues with other agencies looking at us like we had two heads or ignoring our enquiries. This was not an issue this time and made us feel very seen and understood. I would not go anywhere else now. When we collected the keys we were also given a little welcome gift which again was a great touch and made us feel very valued.<br>Thank you again for everything :)

2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I wanted to share my experience selling my property through Fox & Sons Gosport under a shared ownership scheme, specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by Marion Barton.<br><br>Initially, the process was off to a disappointing start. Once a buyer had been found, the communication from my original point of contact dropped significantly. Given that the agency fees were over three times what I was paying my solicitor, the service fell far short of what I expected, to the extent that I had to start copying management into correspondence just to get things moving.<br><br>Then Marion stepped in to take over the progression of the sale, and overnight, everything changed.<br><br>From that moment on, Marion was a breath of fresh air. She was remarkably efficient, proactive, and thoroughly professional. Every interaction with her was reassuring; she brought a genuine warmth and personal care to the process that made us feel valued rather than just another transaction on a spreadsheet.<br><br>Our sale was particularly frustrating due to an excruciatingly slow solicitor on the buyer’s side. Marion identified the bottleneck immediately and stayed on top of it relentlessly. She applied the right pressure where it was needed most, without ever over-promising or under-delivering. When Marion said she would handle something, it was done.<br><br>Selling a shared ownership home is inherently stressful, but Marion’s dedication and tenacity made a world of difference. She is an absolute credit to Fox & Sons, and I cannot thank her enough for getting our sale over the line. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely cares and delivers results.

I, by chance, was already in the area - she was able to fit me in immediately that afternoon, and was incredibly helpful and detailed during the viewing. She even tolerated my meandering ramblings! I ended up putting an offer in on said flat, and Skylar kept me up to date on the current state of things, what the next steps would be, and what information was required. Highly recommended.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

She has gone above and beyond to make sure my Mum was well looked after. After losing my Dad 2 years ago Amy has always been on hand to sort out any problem big or small. Efficiently and effectively. When we found out the owner was going to be selling Amy made everything as easy as possible for Mum. She really put herself out to make sure Mum felt supported. We can't thank her enough.

We were not disappointed, they suggested a good price for our property and unlike some other estate agents they secured it. The communication during the sale has been excellent and they have been proactive in managing our chain, which has been key in securing a positive outcome. We can not recommend them highly enough, big is not always better and the independents like Chambers can offer a more personal service. My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. They are a genuinely friendly team who don’t pressure you into a sale if they do not feel it is right for you. Special shout out to Jack who myself and my husband dealt with the majority of the time.<br>Would recommend them.
