They provided an outstanding service throughout the sale of my late mothers home and genuinely went above and beyond the call of duty.<br><br>They were proactive at every stage, liaising directly with the buyer, helping to resolve enquiries and even visiting the property on our behalf when needed. Their commitment, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and helped ensure a smooth transaction.<br><br>The sale also outperformed the local market, which fully vindicated our decision to use an estate agent from outside of the Stubbington village. Communication was excellent throughout, with updates and responses often outside normal business hours. We were always kept informed and given helpful advice, alongside an honest and realistic assessment of what was a particularly difficult market.<br><br>Stacey and Darcy were a pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism, dedication and personal approach really stood out. We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Thank you both for such a fantastic job!

She has gone above and beyond to make sure my Mum was well looked after. After losing my Dad 2 years ago Amy has always been on hand to sort out any problem big or small. Efficiently and effectively. When we found out the owner was going to be selling Amy made everything as easy as possible for Mum. She really put herself out to make sure Mum felt supported. We can't thank her enough.

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Selling your home and biggest asset is such a rollercoaster of emotions that it really helps to have estate agents who you can trust.<br><br>I found the Kingstons team at Melksham to be thoroughly professional, knowledgable, and realistic (but never pessimistic -even when I felt a bit frustrated) about the market. They also grasped my individual circumstances and what my priorities were in terms speed of sale, price and so on.<br><br>I had complete confidence in Charlotte conducting viewings, Izzy was always on the ball with updates and following up queries, and Callum helpfully stepped in to negotiate price.<br><br>Communication was consistently great. No matter who picked up the phone when I rang the branch, they were up to date on status of my property. And even though mine was a one-bed flat, I never felt 'bottom of the pile'.<br><br>I personally didn't fancy researching local conveyancing solicitors so also asked them for suggestions (which they gave without a hint of a sales pitch) and chose a firm they had worked with a lot and who also turned out to be great (albeit not the cheapest option, but my priority was less stress and valuing speed and efficiency)<br><br>Overall, an excellent service from a very approachable and effective team. Thank you.
