14th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)If you have a property to let out, do not use these Estate Agents. I have been trying to get them to pay out for the damages that was caused when the tenant moved out. They let out my home on a "no deposit basis" and then took out insufficient insurance to pay out for significant damages. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't been able to move back home!
9th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)My husband and I were viewing properties through Leaders Gosport, we had dealings with Danny, Helen and on occasions Chloe. We had an amazing experience with them and they were extremely kind, they were also very patient with us as we were rather persistent when we found a property we loved.<br>We thought we would have issues getting into the property on the day of our move with moving van timings, key collections etc, however Helen contacted us on the Saturday and confirmed she would do everything she could to get us in the property earlier. Helen called again early on the Monday (day before the move) and had managed to get everything sorted for us. This was above an beyond what I would expect however it left an impression on us.<br>Danny was also great, she was friendly and again very understanding of what we were looking for. We also have a dog and previously we had issues with other agencies looking at us like we had two heads or ignoring our enquiries. This was not an issue this time and made us feel very seen and understood. I would not go anywhere else now. When we collected the keys we were also given a little welcome gift which again was a great touch and made us feel very valued.<br>Thank you again for everything :)

During the process, the communication was excellent, and the online referencing system was very easy to use. Frances was always professional, friendly, and patient, and she was happy to help whenever I had a question. I'm very happy with my new home and would highly recommend their service.
3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I've known Jonathan Clegg for many years, and when I ran into serious problems with another management company, he and his staff were instrumental in helping me to navigate through a very difficult situation. They consistently went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected, and went out of their way to deliver a top-level service. My constant impression when working with any member of the Hunter's team is that nothing is too much trouble, and that they are in my corner all the way. When I decided to leave the BTL market, they helped me find buyers for my properties and made the transactions smooth and trouble-free. I've dealth with half a dozen letting agents and estate agents in Southampton, and Hunters stands out as the best by far.

She has gone above and beyond to make sure my Mum was well looked after. After losing my Dad 2 years ago Amy has always been on hand to sort out any problem big or small. Efficiently and effectively. When we found out the owner was going to be selling Amy made everything as easy as possible for Mum. She really put herself out to make sure Mum felt supported. We can't thank her enough.

They became more like friends. We are sorry to have had to leave them. Keep u the good work ????????????????????????

They always help to sort any issue or talk/explain any query I have regarding the letting procedure, and I ask a lot of questions. If you are thinking of letting your property out, pop in and ask for Fran or Olivia they are both great, and i'm sure they will be happy to help.

They will discard your application for a property without even notifying you, which is extremely selfish when their clients are most likely enquiring about multiple different properties in hopes of securing one. Disgraceful - avoid at all costs
10th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)We bought our current property through Chambers Estate Agents 10 years ago and were so impressed with the service we received, we decided to sell the property through them. We were not disappointed, they suggested a good price for our property and unlike some other estate agents they secured it. The communication during the sale has been excellent and they have been proactive in managing our chain, which has been key in securing a positive outcome. We can not recommend them highly enough, big is not always better and the independents like Chambers can offer a more personal service. Thanks Richard to you and your team you provided an excellent service.

Richard and his team were fantastic from start to finish, and Richard was crucial in pushing to get everything over the line in time. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop - 100% would recommend and if I ever decide to go through the buying/selling process again, I’ll be back!

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
