Katie has been my main source of contact the whole time and helps me communicate with the landlord and keeps everything organized. Shes so helpful, quick at responding, easy communication, nothing is too much and she makes sure everything gets done for me.

12th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Britney was very helpful and proactive in sending properties through to view, even ones I had not seen/found myself, which resulted in me finding (Britney finding) the perfect place I viewed with Harvey who was also very friendly and helpful. I ended up having an accepted offer less than 24 hours after viewing the property with the additional help of Matt & co. Very efficient team.
4th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)We recently bought our home through Eckersley White. It was a stressful process due to issues with our buyer’s buyer. However, Paul was amazing and did everything he could to keep the chain together despite the circumstances and the fact that our buyer’s agent was nowhere to be seen! Paul was also easily contactable and went above and beyond. Thanks Paul!

10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I sold my house through Chapplins in Fareham. They were great from start to finish. Despite a difficult market my house was sold on the 3rd viewing. Chantelle in particular kept the process flowing smoothly liaising with the various parties. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

29th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)We initially asked Eckersley White for a probate quote which they were able to provide very quickly. They were also able to explain the sales process as we were inexperienced in the matter. When we were finally in a position to sell, they were able to again step up at very short notice over a holiday period to get the house up for sale as soon as possible. The sale went through within three months and we have been very happy with the advice, expertise and friendly attitude of the Eckersley White staff who kept us fully informed throughout.- 30th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Good agent and fees. If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the future, as they are very dedicated and professional.

19th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)My experience of booking, viewing, and going through the process of securing a tenancy of a property advertised by Charters, Park Gate was second-to-none. Harrison and Jonny were fantastic with me and very helpful throughout the process. Extremely open and honest to the moment I collected the keys. From a would-be tenant's point of view, a very good letting agent to deal with, and to any potential landlord, I can vouch from the other side of the coin that they advertise and help the process very well. 5/5.
8th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)We asked Danielle Kelly to help us let our property. We knew nothing of the process or what to expect as it was our first time. From the get go we felt so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable, answered all 400 thousand of our questions, kept us informed throughout and is just such a lovely person to liaise with. I never knew the process could feel so easy. If I had 100 properties I would choose her every time. I really can’t recommend her enough!

30th Mar 2024 (26 days ago)I had four different estate agents round to value my flat. Chris, from Bernards, said that he could take photographs during the valuation, and if I was to go with Bernards, he could put the flat up for sale as soon as possible. I called Chris after all of the other valuations and told him we were going to go with Bernards - which was purely because of Chris being pro-active! He put the flat online (and on rightmove) around 8 o’clock that evening! I had three people view within the first few days and the first viewer offered asking price straight away. I sold my flat in six days. Chris was very helpful ever since our first phone call and I was delighted my flat sold so quickly - meaning we could offer/purchase a house we had seen.
