I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.
20th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’ve just finished remortgaging our house with Fox & Sons Waterlooville, and honestly, they were great from start to finish. Everything felt really easy and stress?free, which is not what I expected at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and actually explained things in a way that made sense. They kept us updated the whole way through and got everything sorted quickly without us having to chase anything. They also found us a really good rate, so we’re really happy with how it all turned out.Overall, just a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you want the whole remortgage thing to be as painless as possible.
3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

They do not get anything done that needs doing around the home despite mentioning it several times during inspections and in emails. Never got to use the garden the whole time we were there. Upstairs had terrible mould and they didn't care. Avoid!!!!!!- 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Highly recommend Cubitt & West! We received excellent service from start to finish. Our move became extremely stressful at times and the final few days really went down to the wire, but Rob was always available, kept us updated, chased everyone constantly and went above and beyond to help keep everything moving.<br><br>He was honest, proactive and clearly genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. Without Rob’s help, we honestly don’t think the move would have completed when it did.<br><br>A huge thank you to Rob and the whole team at Jeffries & Dibbens Havant. They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing.<br><br>I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye."<br><br>As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. I hope the company improves its customer service.

15th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have to say Nesbitt and Sons is a very professional estate agent. Marc Nesbitt showed me around the Portchester property that I ended up buying. Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.

Would reccomend.- 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)This is the worst estate agents ever, they seem really sweet and good in the beginning but when it comes to the end of tenancy agreement they never ever give your deposit back to you.<br>They extort you for the money making it seem like a scam and regret you ever having been with them. They took 65 percent of our total deposit, in fact even tried to take more money by keeping on adding more clauses as time went by.<br>Really sad and very bad on their part to keep trying to extort money from people without any justification.
