He went through all options with us, he was also well prepared for the meeting and answered all the questions (even those silly ones :) ) . Even though we decided to do not put the house for sale I was very surprised the way he treated us and the standard of service he has given . We gonna put the house back again for sell in the future and definitely will choose Cubbit&west! Highly recommend!

His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!
