After a really disappointing experience elsewhere, where we felt dismissed and unsupported, my partner and I came into this process feeling quite deflated. That completely changed when we met Leah. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout. From our very first appointment, she took the time to really get to know us, talking through our options in detail and even offering longer appointments so nothing felt rushed or overlooked. Leah has consistently been honest, welcoming, and professional, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients — which truly makes all the difference. Even when our mortgage journey needed to take a slightly different route, she explained everything clearly and always made sure both of our interests were considered. As first-time buyers, we would have felt completely lost without her guidance and support. I honestly couldn’t recommend Leah highly enough, whether you’re a first-time buyer or more experienced. If you want someone who gets things done while keeping your best interests at the heart of everything, she’s exactly who you need. A huge thank you as well to the wider team at Fox & Sons, especially John, who has provided so much support and invaluable advice during our house-hunting journey. 3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

Viewings were handled sensitively, with excellent feedback. If I were to sell another home I’d sell with them again.
17th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Be sure to get as much information about the property before accepting a tenancy agreement with this agency. It was never mentioned during the viewing, only after moving into the property did we find out there was an oil tank on the premises that needed to be refilled twice a year at our cost. A costly surprise!

6th Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)I did not get one enquiry let alone a viewing in three months. Clearly pricing was not competitive for the market - they blamed the market. Communication was sporadic and uninformative too
2nd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)They over value every property. Just look at how long they take to sell. Joke - Charters are another agent that over value and give sellers false hope and it just wastes time. Buyers are savvy nowadays! When are these two agents going to realise?!
10th May 2026 (4 days ago)I decided to use Chinneck Shaw to sell my Dad's house after he passed. I thought it would be nice to use a local company. ?They over valued the property. ?The marketing of the property was bare minimum. Over exposed photos. No floor plan. No online video of the property. ?They were not pro-active! I had to chase for answers. ?They lost the keys to the house! Then they had the cheek to say 'Don't worry, we've paid for the lost keys'! ?Once the house was completed - I didn't even get a thank-you email for using our services. Whilst it might seem nice to use a local, independent company - I really wouldn't bother.

No matter what hurdle was placed in their way, by either party, their Cool, Calm Professional moved the process forward. They where a pleasure to deal with throughout and I can only recommend them to anyone who appreciates and needs a Quality Service.

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains
