John was extremely helpful, personable, professional and was able to give us lots of local information. Everything was arranged very quickly and we're looking forward to opening our new shop in Wickham very soon. Would highly recommend for both business and residential property in the Wickham and Fareham area.

Went with another agent as soon as I could and had immediate interest in my property! I’d recommend pearsons if you want professional service! C&w is run by children pretending to be adults, shocking!

I have been with them for quite some time now, and I can confidently say their team has been exceptional in maintaining our building. They are always quick to respond to any emergency work needed, providing reliable and efficient service every time. I highly recommend GD3 Block Management for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.
9th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)Landlord charged us for not trimming a tree at the end of tenancy. Quotes we received from gardeners were between £300- £500- this was not a reasonable cost hence we left it untrimmed. We appealed with deposit protection but lost the case as 'garden was in worse state that at the beginning of tenancy'. Very disappointing. We had many tenancies before in different places and always treated flat/ house like our own and looked after it. We have never before had anything deducted from our deposit and I thought it was unreasonable to do so, I believe landlord was setting a precedent with us, I don't think any landlord would ever expect you to spend more than half of your rent to trim the tree! By the way we've seen property recently and noticed tree was completely removed- it's a shame as it was a beautiful conifer and gave a nice shade from neighbours. Shame on you SBK! We will not recommend you to anyone.

Anything I needed to know they had answers and if they didn’t they soon found some. Even though the day of exchange was a tough one due to technical issues way out of their hands they helped us in anyway they possibly could. Thank you!

All of the staff conduct themselves in a very professional manner but with empathy and understanding of the stress that comes with moving house. I would highly recommend them and thank them for the service they provided.

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

From start to finish, he was personable, honest, and incredibly proactive. When selling, he provided clear and constructive feedback from viewings, helping us understand what potential buyers were thinking and where we could improve. The professional photography he arranged really made our property stand out. On the buying side, Steve was invaluable during negotiations, always keeping us informed on the seller’s position and helping us make the right offer. As things progressed, there were challenges within the chain, and without Steve’s persistence in chasing other agents and keeping everything moving, we might not have completed at all. If you’re buying or selling in Clanfield or Horndean, we highly recommend Steve—he genuinely goes above and beyond.
