I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly. To Joe as well for advice on various aspects and also to other members of the team.<br>You were all so friendly and I would definitely recommend the branch.

Although there were several delays caused by third parties, the team were absolutely fantastic at keeping everything moving, chasing solicitors, and keeping me updated every step of the way.<br><br>A particular thank you to John, who was always on hand with regular updates, reassurance, and a much-needed morale boost whenever needed! His communication and positivity made a huge difference!<br><br>A huge, huge thank you to Leah, who has been the best mortgage consultant anyone could hope for! From the beginning she has been knowledgeable, patient and approachable, always taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable!<br><br>I highly recommend Leah and the whole team at Fox & Sons Waterlooville to anyone buying a home. My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.

We always received very helpful feedback and updates from the viewings too.<br><br>Would definitely recommend.
