Julie was consistently proactive, keeping me fully informed at every stage and ensuring I always understood the next steps. Her communication was clear and timely, and she balanced friendliness with absolute professionalism. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her attention to detail gave me real confidence throughout the transaction. What stood out most was Julie’s ability to anticipate potential issues before they became problems, guiding the process smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personable approach, and it made the entire experience far less stressful than I expected.

In particular with the support I received from Olli who did the showround on a Saturday afternoon and patiently waited for us as we were late in arriving. He also helped with the paperwork received from the Solicitor and simplified the whole process. I cannot emphasise enough how impressed we are with the support we received!! As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to both landlords and tenants.

I viewed a property on Hayling with Jason and was interested straight away, and within a few days Jason had me signing paperwork, Jason was very well organised and responded very respectfully and quickly, Jason answered every question I asked even when I thought it was silly it didn't matter, he explained everything fully to me and was always well mannered I can't thank Jason and Geoff foot lettings as a whole enough for getting me into a new property and so quickly too.
