We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and executed a perfect sale within an excellent time frame. They should be held as a good example to other estate agents
21st Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)For the second time now Fox's in Waterlooville have in autumn 2023 helped achieve a most successful sale and purchase for me. I'm so grateful to Kieran, Aaron, Mandy, Olivia and especially main contact John Leach for their professional, supportive and cheerful conduct through an at times challenging and lengthy process due to the uncertain housing market last year. Thank you all so much. They are all a credit to Fox's and to their profession. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

She was so organised in her approach and her extremely service minded manner made everything so simple. She took away all nerves that one as when trying to find a property. 4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'
17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Emma is very knowledgeable and easy to talk things over with. We felt well informed and looked after throughout the whole process. They were very helpful and courteous throughout. Would highly recommend and we intend to use them again in the near future.

27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend using Pearsons Estate Agents as they were very professional and always answered any queries and questions promptly. They always emailed me to explain each step and everything was always explained very clearly. I was selling my late mum’s house which was a stressful time in itself but the Pearson’s team were all very friendly, reassuring & very responsive. They made the sale of my mum’s house a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I haven’t got a bad word to say about them and they always gave excellent service.

We were nervous about the rental market as we have had bad experiences with another estate agent from a different company. He was quick to update us on the process of the tenancy, knew all about the property and always so polite and happy to answer any worries or questions we had. I would highly recommend using Henry Adams and thank you Byron for all your help!!

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

6th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)For our first time buying a house, Martin guided us through and made it an easy and stress free process. We will definitely look to use AJM in the future when the time comes again to move! I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough, Martin was to the point, personal and very honest throughout the sale. He treated us like actual people and not like a source of income, and when things got stressful and intimidating, he kept us fully up to date at all hours going above and beyond to get us our first house. If you want to buy/sell a house with people who treat you like humans and show proper decency, these are the guys.

Richard was great to deal with throughout, constantly giving me information on what stage the sale is at and chasing up any questions I had for the seller! was by far the smoothest purchase I've been involved in! thanks again! matt
24th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!

From the get go we felt so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable, answered all 400 thousand of our questions, kept us informed throughout and is just such a lovely person to liaise with. I never knew the process could feel so easy. If I had 100 properties I would choose her every time. I really can’t recommend her enough!
