I'm so grateful to Kieran, Aaron, Mandy, Olivia and especially main contact John Leach for their professional, supportive and cheerful conduct through an at times challenging and lengthy process due to the uncertain housing market last year. Thank you all so much. They are all a credit to Fox's and to their profession. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

Emma is very knowledgeable and easy to talk things over with. We felt well informed and looked after throughout the whole process. They were very helpful and courteous throughout. Would highly recommend and we intend to use them again in the near future.

19th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)I had so many troubles with Nexa at the beginning of as 1 staff did not set up my account and following the case properly. I did make an internal complaint and after that things get improved. And the senior member took over the case and handled a little better from now on. I did give them 1 star before. Consider things move on and everything goes well as it should be. I am happy to give them 4stars now. Hope they can keep up with the work and can do business in long time with them.
15th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

They even bought us a card, flowers and bubbles to congratulate us on our new home when we collected the keys!! Highly recommend.

The photography of our home was completed soon after instruction, and to a very high standard. As a result, and even in times of economic uncertainty and rising interest-rates, we had several viewings very early on. From day one, through to completion and beyond, communication was exceptional. We loved the personalised approach, where everything was dealt with professionally and timely. No waiting for letters, no lengthy emails – just quick and easy action. This took a lot of stress out of the moving process and ensured that we completed on both our sale and purchase in just 8 weeks. We’ll definitely be recommending Steve to others.
