9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

Her expertise, knowledge, kindness and encouragement was amazing and she carried us through the whole process when we found our amazing new home - which didn’t take long at all!! Communication was good throughout and she made everything feel straightforward. Really pleasant to deal with and I would definitely use Cubitt & West again based on my experience with her

Richard and his team were fantastic from start to finish, and Richard was crucial in pushing to get everything over the line in time. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop - 100% would recommend and if I ever decide to go through the buying/selling process again, I’ll be back!

They worked exceptionally hard right from the start to secure viewings quickly, and their communication was flawless. They were always quick to respond to our queries and genuinely kept us informed at all times with clear, honest updates.<br><br>What really stood out, however, was their continued dedication after the sale was agreed. They didn't just stop once the house was sold; they continued working behind the scenes, keeping us completely up to date with the ongoing progress right up until completion. I especially like the combination of local market knowledge with professional marketing, virtual tours and accompanied viewings. Keeping clients updated throughout the sales progression is another important touch, particularly when moving house can become stressful. The team comes across as knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely focused on providing personal service rather than treating every property the same.

Selling my flat was a process with plenty of moving parts, but Louise was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and played a huge part in getting everything over the line and successfully sold! ????????????<br><br>She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable throughout, and what really stood out was how good she was at communicating. Her replies were always prompt, detailed and clear, so I always knew exactly what was happening and where things stood.<br><br>I had a preferred method of communication and Louise completely respected that — no unnecessary phone calls, just helpful, well-written updates when they were actually needed. That might sound like a small thing, but it made a massive difference to me and was very much appreciated!<br><br>After having the property on the market for a considerable length of time with another local agent, I decided to make the switch to Leaders. Louise had it sold within around a month. The difference was remarkable and, looking back, I only wish I’d made the move sooner!<br><br>She was also brilliant at keeping things moving, answering my (many!) questions and dealing with the inevitable bumps along the way with patience and professionalism. 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
