3rd Nov 2021 (2 years ago)After using another agent before, the girls in the office have been amazing and a breathe of fresh air. Boiler broke and had to wait for parts, maintenance guy gave us heaters to keep warm and came back next day with parts to fix. Some reviews on here are clearly people that don't want to pay for the damage they have caused because QPS are nothing like what they suggest. Definitely recommend and just signed another 2 year tenancy!

26th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)From our first meeting with Jon when we were looking for agents to sell our home, it was clear that Hamptons seemed professional and transparent with the service they would provide and costs involved. And, whilst not the cheapest agent on the high street, they have been by far the most efficient and communicative agent we have dealt with over the past 12-yrs with 2 previous sales and buys and a probate sale. Jon and the team have proven to be cohesive and capable, indeed Jon has been an absolute star keeping track of our buyers and of our onward purchase and keeping us informed with regular calls and emails. Estate agents have been the brunt of many a bad word but we can honestly say this has by far and away been the best service we have received on what is after all a significant financial transaction and traumatic experience. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Even with me living in America, the sale of my property in the UK could not have been made easier for me because of their fine attention to detail, great communication, and expert advice. I heartily recommend Strutt & Parker to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property in the Odiham area.

Sold my house so fast after being on the market previously with another estate agents for 6 months! Tom and Ethan were the main people I dealt with and they really helped every step of the way.

They remained calm and provided good advice throughout; they've seen it all before, which for me was very helpful because I hadn't. A very professional estate agency with excellent local knowledge and an experienced team.

Without Barons this sale would've likely fallen through, and we are so thankful they pulled everybody together and negotiated. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He handled the bumps of property buying in a professional and honest manner. I would highly recommend Barons Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Basingstoke. They deserve their 4.9* rating on Google.

10th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
