They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

She was brilliant - polite, friendly and professional at all times and not only she shared all the info we needed, she also engaged with our children briefly, which was nice. One thing I'm particularly 'grateful' was that we are due to see another property with Connell (different branch) - Grace was aware of it and she discussed with us openly addressing our family needs. We are aware some agents could come across too keen but Grace just got it right on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you for being so enthusiastic and professional Grace!

Communication was great throughout and everyone working at the branch is incredibly helpful and friendly. We would especially like to thank Jamie, Rob and Alison for all your help on our case. We would highly recommend Belvoir for selling your house!

I had considered using a competitor but that would have been a massive mistake. Great sales’ acumen but retaining humility unlike other estate agents. If you are looking to sell your property then use this company and you won’t look back.

The quality of a housing agency is not only determined at the beginning of a new tenancy; true test of quality comes at the end of tenancy. Romans shows rare outstanding qualities in all. Transparent operations, prompt and efficient response to concerns raised by tenants, amazing support for moving out tenants- Renting doesn’t get better than this????. They really worked hard to ensure that the chain kept progressing towards exchange and completion. Stepping up also for the buyers Estate Agent who was totally unhelpful. I can highly recommend them.

Unlike a previous local agent that I have used, Nicholsons always answered the phone promptly, kept to appointment times, gave me regular updates and acted professionally throughout the sales process. David and Alison kept us informed every step of the way, David even meeting us at the house with the keys! We’ve always had to go to the agents for the keys previous times we’ve bought, so that was a nice touch we thought. Highly recommend them.
