7th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)I would recommend king and chasemore without a doubt. Andy and Becky were 100% professional and guided me through it. They are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I have. I had 2 weeks to sort this out and within that time I have tenants. Chloe was super also, she sorted out my insurance for me. I know I have left my property in very safe and very caring hands. One last thing to say " well done Guys"

12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

25th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I had the misfortune to be a tenant in one of the properties now let by DBLS. I had lived there happily for 5 years before they took over the letting contract. Within 1 year I was evicted with 8 weeks notice. This was through no wrong doing in my behalf but because they decided they could get a higher rent with a new tenant. They had tried to increase my rent by 20% in the December, to this I pointed out that the flat was riddled with damp and that an increase of this amount to a good tenant at that particular time of year was unfair - they agreed to a 5% increase. However a situation was quickly manufactured by the owner of DBLS which triggered the eviction - when I confronted him about this there was no denial regarding his actions. My family and I had months of utter hell and it was all due to this company. So, if you are an unscrupulous landlord looking for tenants that you can screw over DBLS are your company. If you are a tenant looking for a property - don’t touch them with a barge pole!
