Oliver has been exceptional in terms of liaising with us & the vendor & chasing up the solicitor when required. Everyone else we dealt with in the branch was friendly & helpful too. 7th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I’ve rented via Clarendon’s for the best part of 5 years which is now coming to an end as I’ve purchase my first property and it is bittersweet really as they are genuinely the best agency I’ve ever dealt with. They are and always have been friendly, professional, reliable and efficient. Everything you want and need! I can’t recommend them enough and can only imagine how easy they make your lives if you’re a landlord. 12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)Our experience buying our first house with fox and sons haywards Heath was sadly more than disappointing. They treated the seller with respect and the buyer nothing but scum. We were lied to in order to ensure we signed on with their in house broker (who was amazing) but we were bullied into that decision and made to feel like our house was at risk if we didn’t comply with their demands. Sam expertly managed our purchase, kept us fully informed and helped us deal with any questions from our vendor. He worked well with our own agent, which was particularly helpful as our chain was long and complex. Agencies are plentiful but Sam and Mishons really stand out. Highly recommended.

Michael was incredibly helpful, kind, and hard-working, consistently going the extra mile to assist and ensure a successful outcome. It comes as no surprise that he has been promoted to manager. In the past few weeks, I have dealt with many letting agents, and it has not always been a pleasant experience. However, Michael stands out as a stellar example of fantastic customer service. He is not only kind but also smart and innovative, willing to make a few extra calls to get things done. Darren, the owner, made an excellent decision in promoting him, as Michael creates a positive atmosphere for the entire office. Carlos, who also works there, is very kind and helpful as well. Unlike many other agents on the same street, there is no attitude or patronizing behavior from either of them. The property rental market in East Grinstead is tough, but with Michael, you are in safe hands. He could easily train the rest of the town on how to conduct business professionally. This is the second review I have written for Michael; the first was almost four years ago. Thank you very much for your professionalism. It’s evident that you have helped many other tenants and have received excellent reviews for your work.
