16th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

Simon and Russell kept everything flowing smoothly and were always on top of everything - keeping us all on track! Would not hesitate to recommend, the service is impeccable.
23rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Hi all, I want to leave a review for the James Dean agency, especially for Miss Elle, who followed my process to rent the apartment where I live. Elle has helped me immensely, being very clear and precise with every detail. The apartment was cleaned in detail before I moved in, for every question I had they were very correct both in phone conversations and emails. I am very happy that I rented the house with this agency, I think they are very correct and serious. I suggest you with your eyes closed. Thank you Elleeee????

A big thanks to my propert manager Kshitija, her communication was seamless, I was always kept informed about any updates or issues. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly, and I appreciated their proactive approach to fix issues even though my landlord is not giving them proper support.- 8th Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)Just completed a rental agreement with the professional & efficient rental team, esp. It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. 8th Apr 2025 (17 days ago)From start to finish, Olivia Meredith, and her colleagues at Hamptons Tunbridge Wells, delivered a really professional service and I would highly recommend them. Olivia was very communicative and transparent about the letting process which helped us set expectations and secure a suitable property with favourable terms. Personally, this has been the best encounter with a real estate agent and company in the UK in my 10+ years of renting.
9th Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)What can we say these guys are phenomenal. Steven as the manager with Matt and Jack as his senior negotiators absolutely brilliant. Jack took our property on (following a horrific experience with another local agent, beware) and from the get go, kept us updated, chased everything almost daily, had the tough conversations where needed but all the way through we felt it was under control, Matt and Steven stepped in when needed again doing a great job. These guys are worth every penny of the fee and I don’t begrudge any of it. Cannot recommend them highly enough as I opened this review I finish it, PHENOMENAL.

Property priced competitively , which basically means a bargain , but they did a market analysis , we could have hung on for an extra 10/20 k but it was fundamentally our choice . Good communication throughout

Our viewing was carried out by Stuart and was the most relaxed and client-centred viewing we have ever had. Then following the acceptance of our offer Lucy took the reins and what could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier thanks to Lucy. She did the chasing, the phoning around and kept us at ease throughout. Thank you to everyone at Platform Property.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

11th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

The customer service from Amy Ellis, from start to finish, was superb - she kept us updated at all times & we valued her knowledge & professionalism. Thanks also to the Horsham Branch Manager Chloe Copestake who is always available if required & spent time with us explaining the process, thank you both.

They made my move a much smoother experience and made certain that I was happy even asking for another viewing of my now new house- last minute request was honoured and the staff bent over backwards to make sure my move went smoothly. I was informed over and over, that if I needed ANYTHING they would be there to advise! I would call the team before contacting my solicitor, with queries as they made me feel welcome. Well done! I even had a follow up email , congratulating me on my purchase of new home. Thank you you so very much- a bespoke service, where the team actually care! Vicky
