17th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)The BEST estate agent we have had. And I don’t say that lightly. Communication is great, they always call you back and keep you in the loop about those viewing your property, which I have found a rarity with other agents but equally they are not on your case. They are a pleasure to talk to on the phone or pop into branch, never being treated like an inconvenience. Everyone is lovely and this has not been our experience elsewhere when viewing properties. We mainly dealt with the wonderful Ian but have also spoken to most of the staff. We are really grateful for all their time and very happy to be moving with Ibbett Mosely- it was 100% worth using them despite them not being our closed agent. They will always have our custom. Ibbett Mosely Westerham is one of the reasons we decided to go for the house we did, when moving onto rental we appreciate the security that comes with kind, caring and efficient estate agents.

The agent we viewed the property with was knowledgeable, well-informed, helpful, accommodating, and honest with the information they gave us. Lydia was exceptional in pushing the buyers' solicitors of the flat we were selling, despite them being particularly challenging, and managing all the communications with the chain. She was instrumental in getting the sale and purchase across the line and we owe her a debt of gratitude!

9th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you
10th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

2nd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I used Jackson-Stops to sell a flat in Oxted, on behalf of a relative. I was very impressed with their service, especially since this was the second agent I had tried. Stuart gave realistic advice about pricing, which led to an almost immediate offer, and Jenny was very persistent in dealing with various complications that arose during the sale process. Stuart and Jenny were both helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I strongly recommend Jackson-Stops.

He handled both our buying and selling processes seamlessly. A trustworthy estate agent who provided us with a great experience. Highly recommended.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)We were recommended to Maison and have to say had slight reservations about the performance of an on line agent but OMG how wrong we were Damian and Zac where totally amazing contactable all the time, always came back to us if we called and left a message, handled everything promptly and sorted out any problems as they came along. Would recommend them without hesitation. Doug and Mel Piller

27th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)LANDLORDS **AVOID-AVOID-AVOID** If I could give a zero rating I would. As a landlord using this company they do nothing to look after their landlords and only take interest in lining their pockets. They ignore any correspondence regarding anything that will effect their fees yet still continue to deduct the monies to them from the rent they collect, despite it not being due or earned to them. if you are a landlord AVOID Dear Chancellors - thank you for your suggestion of e mailing the Directors. The sad thing is that I did that before leaving the review to the very e mail address you have provided. Guess what - no reply. Its a shame you are so quick to give the impression you care on your google reviews rather than reply to your customers and resolve the issue.
