Miles, who handled my viewings and tenancy was very amenable and worked hard to obtain the answer to any questions that I had. Highly recommend!
4th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

Communication was always prompt, and he was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. He really went out of his way to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible, and we truly appreciated all of his help. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

8th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

He made everything so easy, and nothing was and still is not to much trouble. 21st Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.
10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We had a great experience using Homes Partnership. Our initial contact was with Paul Callaway when selling my mums home following her admittance to a carehome. He was so personable and professional and explained everything clearly and concisely. We had contacted him two years previously when considering selling and went back to him as we were so impressed. Paul had to facetime my mum at the carehome and he was so caring and considerate in making sure she was happy with everything regarding the sale. The house sold really quickly which is down to the advice and marketing organised by Paul. We then had Sarah Evans as our contact for the after sale process. She kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was always available to chat on the phone or answer any queries. Communication is key when dealing with Estate Agents and Homes Partnership are excellent in doing this. It made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Paul and Sarah for all your help which is very much appreciated. Carole and Family.

Their knowledge of the property market is remarkable, and if it could be said, 'They're in the business so they should be good', yes, but it's great to get 'Oscar' performances. Moreover, if using that old one liner, 'They go the extra mile', not a few of us suggest that mile plus. (Thank you RJ for also being such fun).

29th May 2026 (22 days ago)I cannot thank Monochrome and in particular Isabelle with the purchase of my mums house. Despite several struggles with the sale of Mums house, Isabelle ensured we were able to continue with the onward purchase from Monochrome. Isabelle was constantly keeping us updated and liaising with the seller so that, despite a very long delay, we were able to eventually complete the sale and move. Without her help I have no doubt this chain would have fallen through, and I cannot thank her enough for her support and care, despite us not even being her client. I wish our estate agent had given us the same care and attention that Monochrome gave us! She’s a credit to her profession.
3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy
