Our search was in the Sanderstead, South Croydon, Purely and Caterham areas which there South Croydon branch covers. From our first contact with Grant he took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for and this ultimately led us to the lovely house we now own. We had been looking for a while with other agents and had started to feel like we were waisting our time. Grant then talked with us about a lady’s property that was just about to come off the market it sounded perfect for us! He managed to get us in for a viewing really quickly . The house was just what we were looking for! Grant and Nicola were very helpful and professional throughout the process. communication was excellent. Any issues answered quickly and throughly. It was a very positive experience with Nicola and Grant. Thank you both very much

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Graig and his trusty team of Jess, Lisa and Emma were outstanding in their expediency, communication and professional experience. I felt assured every step of the process and I am gratefully impressed by how they marketed, managed and secured multiple offers on my home within just a couple of weeks. 16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Exeptional agents! We spoke to several agents before coming on the market with C&W. I felt the other agents were giving us unrealistic figures to try and get us to go with them with no real structure on how they were going to sell the property. When Jayde came round, she gave me her honest opinion on the value and we set a plan then and there. We had scheduled to have the photographs taken the following week, but I receieved a call from the team beforehand as they had a buyer whos property specifics were exactly what we were selling. We allowed an off market viewing the following day and within 24 hours we accepted an offer at full asking price. I cant thank Jayde, Safia, Claire, Musa and Abbie enough for there efforts. Great service

21st Apr 2026 (15 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.
17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)The service we received from Homes Partnership was exceptional. Sarah, one of the managers, went above and beyond in helping us in a very difficult house sale due to the time we had acquiring probate. The house sale took on extra problems, but with Sarah's professional advice on contacting our MP to intervene on the excessive time probate was now taking (over a year!) the problem was resolved very quickly. I am sure if it wasn't for Homes Partnership and Sarah's dedication in helping us, we would still be waiting for probate! I cannot recommend enough Sarah and Homes Partnership for the professional, caring, and dedicated service they gave us.. they always went the extra mile at all times through the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough, they were absolutely brilliant!

Ed Macfarlane's solid valuation attracted exactly the right kind of buyers for the property and the ensuing competition and skilfull negotiations from Andrew Stanyard achieved several over-asking price offers. Andrew's guidance on selecting the best buyer helped to keep the sale secure despite our complicated onward move. And Rebecca Thomas brilliantly managed the whole process with pro-active and responsive communications that kept everything on track through to completion on deadline. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Reigate to anyone looking to sell a property in the area - they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable. And, unlike some other local agents we've dealt with, they focus their efforts on selling homes, rather than building their social media influencer profiles.

Ishmail managed the rental property my client lived in and was brilliant - he took the time to understand the situation and was extremely supportive throughout the tenancy, dealing promptly with any issues as they arose.

They could recommend a good broker and solicitor to us and were always approachable and happy to answer our many questions. They also had great knowledge of the area and were very flexible to show us different properties in the area we were interested in.
