Always pleasant and professional, they made the process of selling my flat quickly as painless as possible. Communication was a real strength with regular updates over and above the managing of specific issues.<br><br>I don't live near the flat I was selling and Philip was quick to offer to go to the flat when required in order to prevent me having to travel there.<br><br>I highly recommend Philip and his colleagues Kieran Taylor and Fiona Wood.- 17th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very positive experience with White & Sons when buying our new house. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

What makes the distinction?<br><br>Buying a property can take time, and quite early into our search, my wife and I found ourselves saying, "We really hope we end up buying through Robert Leech."<br><br>The reason? Lisa.<br><br>We'd started building a relationship with Lisa through numerous viewings, conversations and even some pretty tough negotiations. And over time, we came to realise that our relationship with Lisa and Robert Leech was far more than just transactional.<br><br>Now, Lisa doesn't blur the lines about who she represents. She's instructed to get the best deal for her client, and rightly so. But what makes her different is that, despite us not being her client, we genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart too.<br><br>With every viewing, proposal or negotiation, Lisa wasn't just looking at the property or the numbers. She was thinking about our family. Guiding us in a way that protected us financially, supported us locally and helped us make sensible, informed decisions.<br><br>We never felt like just another couple of potential buyers. We felt like a family that Lisa had taken a personal interest in, almost as though she'd made it her responsibility to find us somewhere suitable, somewhere special, and somewhere we'd be happy for years to come.<br><br>And that's what makes the difference.<br><br>The friendly catch-ups in Pret, the completely unrelated jokes, the more personal conversations, and perhaps the biggest thing of all... Lisa is definitely not a 9–5’er.<br><br>It's almost like having a 24-hour PA. She's attentive, proactive, incredibly switched on and, frankly, blooming smart.<br><br>In the end, Lisa achieved the full asking price for her client. She did exactly what she was instructed to do. But somehow, she also made sure that we found and secured the home we'd been looking for.<br><br>So, an estate agent or a friend?<br><br>I think the best agents manage to become a bit of both.<br><br>A huge thank you to Lisa, Craig and the team at Robert Leech. You've made what can be a stressful and emotional experience feel personal, considered and genuinely enjoyable.<br><br>We couldn't recommend you highly enough.

26th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

Jenna clearly explained the process that needed to be followed, gave us useful guidance, and liaised helpfully and constructively with the landlord, where needed. We were kept informed of the status, and everything moved along promptly and efficiently under Jenna's direction. She was also charming to deal with.

He recently sold our Mother's house in Ashtead, which had a few hiccups along the way and took a long time to get over the finish line. Mark remained calm throughout and gave us good guidance, in what was for us an emotional and difficult time.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. 27th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Ralph James while trying to rent a property at Helena House, Royal Earlswood, ahead of starting my new job at East Surrey Hospital.<br>I viewed the property with an agent named Hugo Cina. Following the viewing, I received what appeared to be legitimate emails containing the tenancy agreement and payment instructions. During the process, I was told that iI needed to pay the 5 weeks rent as deposit at first, and then told to pay 2 weeks rent as deposit for them to send me the contract letter. When I questioned why I was being asked to pay more than the usual holding deposit- which is one week's rent, I was encouraged to make the payment quickly so that the tenancy could proceed.<br>I subsequently received bank account details that I was told belonged to the landlord and, relying on those instructions and the accompanying telephone conversations, transferred £346. I have retained copies of the emails, call records and payment confirmation.<br>The following day, when I contacted the agency, I was informed by a senior member of staff, Sam, that their email system had been compromised. Since then, despite numerous phone calls and emails to both Sam and the Head of Lettings, Katie, I have received no meaningful response or assistance regarding the money I lost.<br>I have now submitted a formal police report regarding the suspected fraud. The lack of communication and support from the agency after being informed of the incident has been extremely disappointing.<br>Whether the payment resulted from a compromise of their systems or another cause is something for the relevant authorities to investigate. However, as a prospective tenant, I acted entirely in good faith, relying on communications that appeared to come directly from the agency.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this agency. I hope they improve their security, communication and support for customers who find themselves in situations like mine.<br><br>I would not recommend their services as they are not secure, professional and aren't helpful at all.
