Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

Communication is clear and timely, matters are dealt with efficiently, and we always know where things stand.<br><br>What stands out most is their proactive approach and willingness to help. Whether dealing with routine management matters or more complex issues, they are approachable, knowledgeable and quick to respond.<br><br>After our previous experience, it has been refreshing to work with a company that delivers on its promises. The service represents excellent value for money, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Patrick Gardner’s Block & Estate Management team.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Well we are coming to the end of our 2 year rental through them. We have been paying way over average for their services but that was our choice. 15pct per month for rent collection only ! That even includes the month where they forgot to pay the rent when it was due because the person was on holiday and thought it was still Sunday ! REALLY !! Zero visits to the property in 2 years for this amount of commission as well ! WOW. Anyway we are at the end of our fixed 2 year period and we want to change agents. We still have the same tenant but unlike 90pct of other agents it turns out Terra Cotta don't have a termination option and they are above Trading Standards. Long and short of it is we will go legal now but my advice is use agents who don't think they own you. We will be selling in 18 months and these people have ruled themselves out of that selection process for sure. Extortionate fees for well below average service

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! 23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach. She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards. Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time. Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after. Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish, I felt valued and supported, and I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone looking for a professional, caring and reliable estate agent.
