16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Matt went above and beyond at every stage to help get everything through to completion. It was a complicated process, but the team handled it with real care, professionalism and thoughtfulness. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

It was a complex sale due to co-ownership, which brought its own challenges in managing the logistics along the way. Throughout the process, I really valued their openness, transparency and communication.<br><br>They offer a tailored, personal service and clearly know the people and properties on their books. If you’re looking for an agent who gives you the best chance of achieving a sale in the current market, with multiple viewings and a high level of customer experience, I would highly recommend them.<br><br>I would particularly describe Ismail as supportive, personable and unwavering in seeing things through. I’m grateful for the way he and the team handled the sale and would happily recommend them to others.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. A viewing was arranged at the week-end and we were met at the property by Julie. We were extremely impressed by her friendly and professional manner, a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and also the surrounding area. Julie answered all our questions, the property “ticked all the right boxes” and we made an offer the same day.

We found the perfrct detached property in a quiet spot located in East Grinstead.
