Despite not being the agent I chose, they have been incredibly supportive throughout my move. Special thanks to Millie and Scott — nothing was ever too much trouble, and their advice and kindness made a huge difference. Warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Truly the best. They even sorted my conveyancing solicitor despite there being nothing in it for them

23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach. She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards. Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time. Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after. Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish, I felt valued and supported, and I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone looking for a professional, caring and reliable estate agent.

5th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
8th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.- 13th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Thank you so much to Julian, Katarina, Max and the rest of the lovely Reigate team.They have been brilliant the last couple of years in my journey for selling my flat. They always were available to answer any phone calls, especially most recently to help with solicitor related issues that kept delaying us. I really appreciate their patience and support with helping us get to completion. Also wanted to note that they were very kind and understanding when I took the flat of the market for a while due to personal reasons. I was more than happy to relist with them and they got me the right buyer the second time around. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, honestly a pleasure to deal with. Having purchased from them myself 8 years before, Julian and the team were just how I remember them. Very genuine people who work to support both their buyers and sellers. Thank you team for all your hard work and support!!!

All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.

All the team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time.
