I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They’ve completely changed my (very outdated) opinion of house selling / buying and I could not be more grateful for their support through what was a more complex sale than we originally thought! They have the relationships and the know-how, which is a hard-to-find combo, but it’s the only one that will get you where you need to be. Big love and thanks to John and his team, because when it comes down to it, they made my dreams come true!

I dealt with Jackie Nathan who understood my house, my area and the current market incredibly well. She gave great advice and talked me through all my options. As a result, my property was presented at its very best and appropriately priced from the outset - no reductions, plenty of viewings and a fast sale. The wider team were friendly and timely, managing viewings with great courtesty. I would highly recommend Jackie and the team for anyone looking to sell.

Rachel's proactive approach with constant communication has been really impressive. I feel we were very fortunate to choose Halliwell Marks over all the other local estate agents. They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.<br><br>Tom took his time providing a fair estimate for the house and giving clear evidence to support this. Thy arranged a few off market viewings for us and managed to get several other viewings as soon as it went on market.<br><br>There was good organisation for the viewings and Kristen and Ollie clearly took time to know the property inside out when showing people around.<br><br>The whole process went far smoother than expected and we're really happy with the service provided by LOFT. I can't recommend them highly enough!
