17th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Terrible customer service. Initial stage of coming to value the property and take photos seemed promising and I was told they had high confidence in it selling. I only has 2 viewings in 12 weeks (one of which was a time waster). I had to chase for feedback and to prompt them to ask for feedback/follow up. It seemed like apart from uploading the advert to Right Move they were not going to attempt to make any effort to sell the property. It was only when I said I was considering going with a different agent they said they can send out a matching email to potential buyers (why this was done from the very start I don’t know!). Definitely felt as though because they are a larger firm it didn’t matter if the house sold or not. I was given no advice when I called to discuss things so I decided to drop the price, still no luck. I’m really unsure what I would have been paying for if they had actually delivered.

27th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)I received friendly, helpful and professional service from all the team at the Ironbridge Office with regards to the sale of my property. Regular communication and updates were helpful throughout the whole process right up to final completion.
16th Sep 2024 (4 days ago)Right from the initial telephone conversation Peter James estate agency were so helpful no words can describe the service.Especially the gentleman called Matt, Matt was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process which I had to be guided because of all law changes etc as I last brought my last house 18 years ago. I have considered letting my previous house with Peterjames due to me being very impressed with the process . It looked like at one stage that I was about to pull out because the seller was going back and forth, and this is we’re the professionalism actually shined through and Matt and the team got the deal closed. I would very highly recommend Peter James wether you are buying, selling or letting to take care of your business:

Communication was excellent and I felt in very capable hands with Darren and Molly. I can't fault the service that they provide, especially as house selling can be very stressful but I didn't feel that at all. Highly recommend and thank you both so much.

Due to this being my first property I had loads of questions and Holly answered all of them as fast as she could to help me and my partner prepare. Thankyou!

Property sold within 24 hrs of going on the market (some delays in completion due to problems further down the chain, however were kept in the picture which was a great help). Thank you to everyone in the office. Would not hesitate to recommend James and his staff to anyone looking for a good Estate Agent.

6th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
