26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)I've rented a property through BMH for around 5 years now and it's honestly the happiest and most settled I've felt. The lettings team are friendly but professional and get things done quickly on the rare occasion that I do report any issues. When visiting the property, I've always found BMH staff to be very polite and respectful. In places I've rented before (through other agents) you're made very aware of the fact that you dont own the house but with BMH I feel they really treat it as though it's the tenants home - which adds to that settled feeling I mentioned earlier. Their communication is great too, whether it's notifying of tenancy inspections, arranging appointments or just answering general queries. The response is usually quick with clear, honest answers to any questions. It was a while ago but i do remember their application process too and how straightforward it all was. From first viewing on 25th September it took just 3 weeks for application, referencing etc and by mid October I'd moved in. Really quick and simple. In short I'd recommend this letting agent to anyone.
2nd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Having recently moved to the Telford area, we were unsure about what agent to use when selling our property, when a friend said Harwoods had been very helpful in the past we thought we'd try them. I booked the valuation in with Patrick, and Ben attended and carried out the valuation, they got the property straight on the market and booked viewings in right away. Various members of the team did viewings, and each time we were given booking details etc and given feedback on the viewings when necessary.the house soon went under offer and the team helped manage the sale right to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending harwoods to anyone. A pleasure to deal with.
17th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible customer service. Initial stage of coming to value the property and take photos seemed promising and I was told they had high confidence in it selling. I only has 2 viewings in 12 weeks (one of which was a time waster). I had to chase for feedback and to prompt them to ask for feedback/follow up. It seemed like apart from uploading the advert to Right Move they were not going to attempt to make any effort to sell the property. It was only when I said I was considering going with a different agent they said they can send out a matching email to potential buyers (why this was done from the very start I don’t know!). Definitely felt as though because they are a larger firm it didn’t matter if the house sold or not. I was given no advice when I called to discuss things so I decided to drop the price, still no luck. I’m really unsure what I would have been paying for if they had actually delivered.

25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)THE BEST THING we ever did was to contact STENTONS Estate Agency!!! They have a SUPERPOWER!! Ask and you shall receive ! The best help and advice you will ever need for renting, or buying a property. Even when, like us, living on a mountain in Wales, is no problem for them! They can use their powers to find you a house as quick as you like, have you view it just as quick and generally give an excellent service. One of their magic makers is Holly! (Not just for Christmas) but an all year round star trooper! She has made every effort she could to help us with our search. Not only did she find us a lovely house. She kept us informed on a regular basis with her knowledge and her inbred talents for matching people to places, helping them along the way in finding them what they need. DON'TBELIEVE ME! CALL THEM! 6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
