26th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Glad I didn't have to proceed with a property and deal with Criena Erangey (supposedly the Director) as she called to confirm a viewing to which I had to cancel, missed her call but called back straight away to which she responded in an extremely rude manner as she was clearly upset over the cancellation. Have no idea why it would be taken personally to the point of her being insulting, stating accusations and then cutting the call. So glad to have dodged this bullet!
23rd Apr 2024 (6 days ago)AVOID!!! Please avoid using this company, I had nothing but issues with them when trying to rent a unit. The unit I was interested in had a window that had been put through and a dodgy door, I asked for this to be replaced before renting it which I was then rudely told I was being a nuisance and I should look elsewhere. The person who I spoke to was rude, aggressive and just out right nasty! They wouldn’t give their actual name as they obviously didn’t want to be found out but I do have their contact number. After raising a complaint about this individual nothing was ever actually done and it all fell silent. No one actually came back to me after weeks of me chasing for updates. Very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to use them.

From start to finish Lee has been extremely helpful throughout the process from booking our first viewing to receiving our keys! All questions have been answered promptly and has been happy to help us throughout. Would strongly recommend his services to anyone selling their house!

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

6th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)We bought and sold our house through Steven J Moore just recently. We were very happy with the service. We had an honest and free conversation with Steven at valuation, and the brochure they commission for the sale is head and shoulders above the rest. Our photos for the brochure and Right Move made our house look the best it ever had. Throughout the sale and purchase communication was excellent; Rebecca, in particular was an immense help and supported us through the whole process. I would highly recommend this estate agent.
4th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Easily the worst estate agents, borderline illegal. Letted out a property with multiple leaks, mould, no working fire alarm and multiple other issues. We have a feeling they lied to the landlord about making repairs that never actually happened. Giles is by far the rudest, least professional person I've ever met, thinks it's okay to insult and put down people when confronted about the condition of properties. We were told by multiple people (fire service, gas people and mould inspection) that the property was not fit for living purposes, but because it was covered up by a lot of people there wasn't much they could do. Our baby was continuously I'll from the mould as was I, when moving out we had to chuck out about £500 worth of items because mould had spread to them, they allowed leaks to continue for months, ruining our personal items. Only fixed the fire alarm when faced with a council inspection, six months into our tenancy. They have now upped the rent for next tenets to £1000, absolutely disgusting. There is much more wrong with the property that I don't have space to write here, but be warned, if letting with this agency you will be done over, judged and spoken down to, any property that appears in good condition will change over time and goes downhill quick. So glad we are no longer here and our baby is finally healthy instead of constantly unwell.

My family and I found her to be thoughtful intelligent, and genuine just a nice person. Matthew & Rowan are Legends!! 13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
25th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Contacted this estate agents about a property for rent. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
