Julie has been amazing, she was very welcoming with us and the children on our viewing answered any questions we had. Julie made it her mission to get us in for a certain date and followed through. Any minor issues we’ve had and that’s not many Julie has replied very quickly with a solution and has always offered further help if needed. Thank you xxx
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

2nd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.
9th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)We were approached by Aimee from Connells after our house had been on the market for a few months with another agent. From the off she was a complete professional, empathetic, personable and clearly passionate about her job. After deciding to change and use Connells we have found the whole team to be charming, helpful and organised. I had given birth during the months the house was on sale and whilst at home recovering the team were always so respectful and friendly. Josh in particular was fantastic and always made viewings a breeze. When the sale of the house was going through Tracey was outstanding in her communication and really helped with any issues that came up with the solicitors. She was always up to date with what was going on and we never felt like we were chasing for information in what is the most stressful point of selling. The whole team though have honestly been great and anyone else we met along the way have known all the information they needed and have been thorough, warm and approachable. I really felt like they worked so hard to sell our house in what is a really difficult time in the current climate. I am so glad we decided to use Connells to sell our house as the whole process has been so easy and smooth and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others. Its a ten out of ten from us!

Warm and friendly when we first met her at the property and with all correspondence post that first viewing she has been professional as well as amicable. Would highly recommend using Jackson - Stops for the service they provide
8th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process. They kept communication up throughout the entire time, especially Sam who dealt with the majority of the issues. Thank you so much to both of you, and the whole team at Philip Jarvis. A whole years worth of work at such a reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

Long experience in the area, an excellent understanding of the market and the importance of personal service make them a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble.

24th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Always loved Brockwell Park. I lived around for 10 years. Great place for morning run, lunch time walk or evening drink with friends. Kids water play is excellent a shame that some water features doesn't work.

As a result of his approach I knew I could have very honest and to the point conversations with him which I love as it saves so much time. I had an offer on my property within a week and the process has been so smooth. Special thanks also to Teresa who dealt with the sales progression, her communication was excellent, replying to emails quickly and generally keeping me up to date every step of the way. Just what you want when selling a property. Thankyou Hunters Ashford!

He was knowledgeable about the area, and had a list of benefits re our house that would be relevant to prospective purchasers. We had no hesitation in choosing them over the other agents that we saw. A few months on we've sold the house and have the perfect buyer - fabulous! A very happy customer.... :-)
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
28th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)AVOID!!! Worst agency i have dealt with! Drove from London for viewing. And due to car accident traffic was horrible and made us late. Called agency to let them know that we late unforseen circumstances and we were told off. Lady called Katerina very unprofessional ,not accommodating us. Just a waist of time and petrol!

23rd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lovely staff who are friendly and approachable. Caroline is lovely and was always providing us with weekly updates. Very knowledgeable and genuine. Staff were always positive, despite having a long 10 month wait which was down to vendors. Lovely little goodie bag received on completion.
12th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)The whole team were amazing. Tim, Charlotte and Frances were all so supportive and helpful throughout our experience. Our case was very prolonged however the team were very vigilant and helpful with everything that we needed to know.
18th May 2022 (1 year ago)Moving in 2021 definitely was a challenge, but dealing with Paige definitely made it easier! We had a very difficult purchase, but she really did go above and beyond and jump through the sellers hoops as best she could. 4 stars were given because- the manager at the time of the branch was beyond rude every time we spoke with him, and on the day of collecting our keys he made some very awful comments. Also we were instructed to use lifetime legal through SM, which will cost you £700 more and LL served no purpose at all. We still needed a different conveyancer and solicitor so they were just an email go between with no authority. Look out for this as a year later LL will try and charge for a ‘membership ’ you never signed up for or needed.
