25th May 2023 (1 year ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!
26th Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)If sales were straightforward we wouldn't need estate agents! Thank you so much to Tim and team for at last getting us over the line with our very trying and tedious recent sale (which to make things even more complicated became 2 sales as we had to split the property in the end). Genuine people doing a good job in an area with many unique and therefore not straightforward properties.

25th Jun 2024 (11 weeks ago)We purchased a property through Robin Jessop - Bedale. They were good through the viewing and offer process but once the Memorandum of Sale had been sent out, we did not hear from them again, even on the day of completion. We were left to liaise with the vendors direct or through solicitors on all matters appertaining to the sale. It is a service like this that gives estate agents a bad name and I am a retired estate agent!

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
16th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)The girls from Manners and Harrison are amazing! Especially Kay, Claire and Hannah who were more than helpful in my property purchase. Hannah Smith in particular was the best in finding me a great mortgage deal and I've got sorted in 2 months! Yes, 2 months! Although sometimes it may seem like forever, it was actually pretty quick if you think about it. Everything went smoothly and straightforward and I totally recommend their services xx

From honouring a previous quote to fantastic support in the final weeks to completion - the team at the Ingleby Barwick branch have been so efficient, professional, kind and informative. Great marketing, sound advice and support in securing solicitors, they have held our hand through the whole process, making something that can be stressful, easy. A special thank you to Andrea, who always returned my calls, was understanding, empathic and for whom no question was too silly! Highly recommended local firm who know the market.- 3rd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)They were brilliant. The office staff kept me informed and liaised between me and my solicitor and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Highly recommend for a leasehold or shared ownership sale.

Lies & false deadlines regarding receiving my deposit back have continued for weeks. Feels like the business is more proactive when it comes to keeping the landlord(s) happy, than assisting tenants to receive what is legally their own funds. Whole heartedly would not recommend Horzions Lettings & Sales for anyone looking to rent, cannot comment on the Sales side of the business. However, if it is anything like the utter shambles of the Rental side, I would strongly advise to avoid.
