21st Feb 2020 (4 years ago)From the moment David came by to value and appraise the property it was clear that he and his team we focussed on working for us and giving us the best possible service. Once we were in a position to market the property every sales staff member came to the house and got to know us and the details of each room and feature. There was genuine enthusiasm and energy for finding us a buyer. Regular updates, phone calls and discussions about strategy we always conducted with respect and honesty. Very few time wasters made it through the door and we were delighted to work with them.

She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

16th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.

25th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

This balancing act between 2 parties is something Robert did so professionally and ably. He does devote time to your questions and wants to do well for you. That is a special quality. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
6th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service. They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!
