We live on the other side of the country and could rarely be there but the team at James' had our back all the way through the selling process, with regular site visits. It was on one these visits that they discovered the internal mains pipe had burst. They informed us immediately on discovery and arranged a Plumber to turn of the supply. Their help and support through this incident was truly required and appreciated.<br>I really believe that we could not of chosen a better agency or team

They produced an excellent sales brochure which was published on their website.<br>The house was sold extremely quickly and very close to the price we were hoping to achieve.<br>We would happily use S&G again should the occasion arise, and would strongly recommend them.<br>Thanks you all at S&G.

I would highly recommend him as a hard working man who achieves excellent results for his clients. He is assisting us with the sale of our house and we are pleased with his honesty and expertise.
27th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.
13th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had two viewings scheduled for today (Thursday) at 17:30 and 18:00 which were booked in on Tuesday. Me and my partner turned up early since we were coming from London and didn’t want to hit any traffic. 17:30 comes along and there’s no sign of any estate agent, I texted his number and called twice with no response. I called the office and they can’t get a hold of him so was told he was likely driving. I then get a call from the office a few minutes later to then be told the estate agent that was due to show us the properties is not in today. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, very frustrating for me and my partner as it has been a waste of our time! Will be avoiding foxtons for the foreseeable future as this is the second time we have had an issue with foxtons (albeit a different branch previously) very disappointing for such a well known company!!
30th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.- 1st Sep 2026 (21 days ago)I wanted to personally thank Jack Cotton for his excellent assistance. He was absolutely great to work with, and I would definitely love the opportunity to work with him again in the future. Jamie was also fantastic and provided great support throughout. The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

13th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Very disappointing experience. The viewing was arranged by email for 3pm on Saturday, 12/09. We arrived on time and waited outside the property, but nobody came.<br><br>They did not have access to the property, but we received no email, message or phone call beforehand to let us know that the viewing could not go ahead. They had my phone number and email, so we could easily have been contacted.<br><br>When I called while we were already outside the property, I was told that they had tried to send a message. However, I never received it. If we had received any notification, we obviously would not have travelled there and waited outside.<br><br>This was a complete waste of our time and very unprofessional communication. A viewing should not be allowed to proceed as arranged when the agent does not have access to the property without properly informing the customer beforehand.

As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
