26th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)We bought our house from Bennett Holmes 6 years ago with Sophie as our agent. The process then, despite the pandemic, was smooth and easy with Sophie coordinating. We have now just sold our house, again with Sophie as our agent and she has been absolutely exemplary in managing everything and everyone, with great support from Andreia!<br>If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agents in the area I would definitely recommend Bennett Holmes and Sophie in particular.
21st Sep 2026 (2 days ago)From the very start of my sale journey beginning with a visit from John I felt confident in the company's ability to deal with my sale in a professional manner.<br>As time went by, through no fault of ours or Churchills we hit a few stumbling blocks, Amy kept me updated throughout in a very honest but kind and compassionate way, we were dealing with a probate sale so it wasn't an easy thing to deal with. Amy even pointed me in the right direction for somebody to help with clearing the house.<br>All of the team were excellent but Amy went above and beyond what was expected of her with such patience that she became a true star.

We live on the other side of the country and could rarely be there but the team at James' had our back all the way through the selling process, with regular site visits. It was on one these visits that they discovered the internal mains pipe had burst. They informed us immediately on discovery and arranged a Plumber to turn of the supply. Their help and support through this incident was truly required and appreciated.<br>I really believe that we could not of chosen a better agency or team

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.
13th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had two viewings scheduled for today (Thursday) at 17:30 and 18:00 which were booked in on Tuesday. Me and my partner turned up early since we were coming from London and didn’t want to hit any traffic. 17:30 comes along and there’s no sign of any estate agent, I texted his number and called twice with no response. I called the office and they can’t get a hold of him so was told he was likely driving. I then get a call from the office a few minutes later to then be told the estate agent that was due to show us the properties is not in today. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, very frustrating for me and my partner as it has been a waste of our time! Will be avoiding foxtons for the foreseeable future as this is the second time we have had an issue with foxtons (albeit a different branch previously) very disappointing for such a well known company!!
30th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.- 1st Sep 2026 (22 days ago)I wanted to personally thank Jack Cotton for his excellent assistance. He has constantly kept me up to date with what is happening and liaised with all parties on both sides through out the process . Even though I lost my first buyer due to their buyer pulling out. Jakub continued to be the top person in all communication. Jakub is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in accessible terms, He lead my through every step of the way. I am so pleased I went with Jakub, he was with me throughout the journey of selling and so charming to communicate with at all times, even when it was bad news. Jakub sold both my neighbours flats at the same time and work relentlessly to achieve the best outcome for everyone. I highly recommend Jakub and Saba way of working with clients. What stood out most was not just the speed of communication, but the willingness to listen and understand things from the client’s perspective. Throughout the process, I had quite a few detailed requests and questions, some of which were not straightforward at all, but Raghuvir was always patient, helpful, and willing to find answers.<br><br>It’s not often that you come across someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being brushed aside or treated as an inconvenience. Instead, Raghuvir consistently made an effort to understand what I was trying to achieve and helped move things forward effectively.<br><br>To be honest, this level of service already exceeds what I would normally expect from an estate agent.
