16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)The buyer knew she was the only person to put an offer in so our position for negotiation was shot. We were encouraged to take an offer we weren't comfortable taking and despite us insisting it go back on the market, no effort was made to follow our instructions.

I'm really impressed with Danni who has kept on top of chasing progress and communications with all parties and keeping me updated and informed. Estate Agents are not cheap but I feel this service has been great value for money from marketing, to sale, to getting it finalised asap.

This was a difficult decision for them after 50 years in the same property but Nick handled the whole process with care and sensitivity and was able to introduce the perfect buyers - a young couple setting out just as they were when they bought it. 27th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House
19th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We recently moved to a new place in Watford and had been registered with Foxtons while searching for a property. After successfully securing a home, we gave notice to our current landlord, who had already arranged for new tenants to move in. Unfortunately, just two days before our planned move, the new landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the tenancy, leaving us in a very stressful and uncertain situation where we were at risk of being homeless. During this difficult time, Luca from Foxtons provided outstanding support. He acted quickly and efficiently, arranging viewings and helping us secure a new property within just one day. Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, we were able to move into our new home on time as originally planned.

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

From the premium photography to the realistic market valuation of the flat.
