They were readily available to talk to and responded to messages and calls very promptly. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and made us feel reassured whenever something unexpected cropped up.<br>We would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone whether buying or selling a property.

I can't thank Claire enough for her assistance getting the property let and all the contractual documentation / referencing etc etc wrapped up in a super efficient time frame.<br>Incredibly professional from start to finish.
27th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

1st Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Excelled and upheld an Invaluable professional service ! Foxtons smashed the bad press estate agents usually receive and showed Britain might not be all broken. From the very start Jamie Downs gave great confidence in how to market and value our property to suit our needs. All the viewings agents were polite, knowledgeable and professional.<br>Paul was above and beyond in finding our buyer and negotiating the sale with money can’t buy knowledge and wisdom.<br>Last but not least was Jack who progressed the sale and kept everyone on their toes and made sure all the stars aligned for a smooth fast completion. 23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Francis and the team at Northwood were excellent throughout what became an incredibly long and challenging sale.<br><br>The transaction took far longer than anyone expected and there were a number of issues outside of their control, but Francis remained professional, approachable and always kept us informed as best he could. Whenever I needed an update or wanted to understand what was happening, he was always happy to pick up the phone or chase the relevant parties.<br><br>What stood out most was that I always felt he was genuinely trying to get the sale over the line and was honest about the situation rather than making promises he couldn't keep.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but having an estate agent who is proactive and easy to deal with makes a real difference.<br><br>Thanks again, Francis, for all your efforts. So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords. From start to finish Zak, Megan and Matt have been a real pleasure to work with, answering a multitude of questions and working hard to make my move as smooth as possible, being super responsive and proactive. Make sure Zak is on your team, he will definitely go above and beyond to solve any problem you might encounter and 100% salvaged a disaster of my own making within mere hours. Thank you!

27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.

11th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)This apartment is amazing, the service from the Connells team was great in specific from Nicola who helped me manage to be able to move and rent into this place for me after I needed somewhere to go, they sorted me out very swiftly and made the process much easier then other agents. Would definitely recommend.
