27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Rude agents: they won't accommodate viewings after 5pm and expect prospective tenants to show up for viewings when it is convenient for them. Last thing I want is dealing with people like them as property managers.
Follow up: the flat has been rented after one single viewing apparently arranged at 2pm on a Friday. That's great. Thanks for accommodating everyone's needs.

Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of Rory Willmott and the team at Statons, who have just successfully completed the £1 million sale of Holly Lodge.
This was far from a straightforward transaction. A lengthy and complicated chain, coupled with a declining property market during the sales process, presented numerous challenges that required patience, determination and exceptional management.
Throughout it all, Rory was outstanding. His professionalism, perseverance, communication and ability to keep everything moving forward, even when circumstances became particularly challenging, were genuinely impressive.
Living in California throughout the entire process meant that I was relying heavily on Rory to manage matters on the ground in the UK. He consistently went above and beyond, keeping me informed, offering sound advice and dealing with the inevitable complications calmly and effectively.
Selling a family property is never purely a financial transaction, and Rory understood the personal significance of the sale as well as the practical challenges involved.
Ultimately, it was Rory's commitment, persistence and attention to detail that helped bring this difficult transaction to a successful conclusion.

Neil and Peter were on it from the word go and ensured all transactions were completed very smoothly indeed
Their knowledge of the area is second to none and no stone went uncovered during the transactions
Using lawyers they recommended is imperative as they have great relationships with them and this ensures communication is good with agent, lawyer and buyers / sellers to ensure all know how to complete the transactions in a smooth and timely fashion
Well done to team village estates you were fantastic from start to finish

21st Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

Their systems are really user friendly and very helpful to have a dashboard with all the information in one place.

Scott handled the negotiations very professionally and brokered the deal so that the buyer (us) and the seller could make the deal happen that both were happy with. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.

From showing us properties to selling our home, they were patient, understanding, knowledgeable and professional, without ever being pushy. They were also genuinely lovely people and great fun to deal with.
Luci, Bec’s and Jon made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable and were brilliant and supportive right to the very end.
It’s not often you can say you’ve actually enjoyed selling a house, but we really did. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
