From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

18th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I purchased a house from Shenley Estates and although selling and buying a house is far from a pleasant experience, Shenley Estates get the job done. Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.
19th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)I’ve used Sophie to buy and sell, and I can easily say she’s the best agent I’ve dealt with.<br><br>She’s genuine, tenacious and extremely patient! No matter how busy she was, she always managed to keep me in the loop, every step of the way. This was an extremely difficult deal to get over the line, and I know for a fact it wouldn’t have happened without her.<br><br>The main thing that sets her apart, is that she acts with integrity and always does the right thing. That goes a long way in this industry.

Knowledgable and efficient with the viewings and sales team and then dedicated sales progression stayed on top of everything throughout the sale, until completion. Mainly liased with Grant and Janine who were friendly, professional and attentive. Highly recommend Hamptons St Albans.

3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Selling a probate property is the definition of 'not fun', even if it isn't a childhood home. Doing it from a distance adds lots of extra hassle. Neil, Peter and Jenny worked so hard for us - as well as marketing, viewings and negotiations they also did the insurance checks, arranged access for traders and clearers and kept us fully informed of what was going on. Everyone at the Radlett branch is helpful, friendly and communicative and it is much appreciated. Neil had also been very helpful to my family with valuations in the past - it was time to make good on the deal by choosing this firm to sell the house, and we are very glad we did. With their hard work and support we got there, and the house now has its new occupants. We fully recommend Village Estates and wish them all the best.

Even though we were heading into a long weekend because of a bank holiday, Jonathan was able to quickly and efficiently coordinate a solution for the same day and the issue was resolved on a timely manner- 11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We recently purchased our first home, and we cannot thank Shaun Denton enough for everything he did to help us along the way. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. I met Courtney directly at the viewing location and she was brilliant — professional, well-prepared, and made sure I had all the information I needed. She even went the extra mile by taking me along to the second property viewing, knowing I’d travelled by public transport. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and really made the whole experience stand out.
