19th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)So far my experience with imagine has been amazing! Offer accepted over asking within a few working days of the property being online. Marketing was fab, with photos taken on the day of the valuation and then a video tour taken by Nikki for their social media. The post offer service has also been excellent and forward thinking, with a WhatsApp group created for ease of communication. A very modern and positive estate agent to work with - a breath of fresh air!

Open Estates have been very professional from the start and although early days had been a slow market, they have kept communication on a regular bases. Hope to have a completion soon all thanks to the team.

There attitudete to safety in high rise bukldings is appalling,there staff are un qualified and the owner Taj is criminally neglegent time and time again! If you give him information he doesnt like or doesnt want to accept and repair he stops paying contractors! Appalling
21st Aug 2020 (3 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.
24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)I really wouldn't recommend Signature Estates unfortunately. Selling a flat, no chain other than buyer and seller (us) for one vacant property. Sold at beginning of May22 still not completed by 24/08/2022 - last contact from Signature Estates was at the beginnjng of August. Send numerous emails, no response. Left 3 phone messages, no response. Very little activity, that we can see or are aware of by Sugnature Estates to support the sale. On their "sellers portal" last update for us the sellers was June 2022, last update on buyers progression is stated as July 2022, now being 24/08//2022. It has been extremely hard work with Signature Estates - PLEASE BE AWARE!

Both Debbie and Beata were always helpful, friendly and profession with any of our queries or issues throughout our tenancy and continued to be fantastic up to and including us eventually moving on to a new property. I couldn't recommend Oliver Minton any more highly.

The cost is the lowest by far with no hidden extras. If you are happy showing people around the property that you are selling then I would highly recommend Savvybricks.
