27th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

His local knowledge helped us find the perfect flat with zero stress.

19th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up.
They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings.
There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.

She helped me and guided me about the tenants and got me the tenants as soon as she could.
I am very happy with the help and I trusted her to find good tenants.

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

They were simply outstanding throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ciaran viewed the property and instantly understood the key attributes of the house from my perspective which means so much when selling a home. John provided fantastic guidance and support from a marketing perspective and, in collaboration with Ciaran, was in constant touch through the viewing period. Once I had received an offer, Michele supported me throughout the sales process and was simply outstanding. Her communication and guidance was exceptional and so appreciated. The team , led by Paul, were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping us informed at every stage and making what can be a stressful experience feel much easier.
Their communication was excellent, and they were always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice. We really appreciated their hard work, dedication and attention to detail in helping us both sell and buy a property.

From the initial viewing all the way to completion, everything was wrapped up in under two months, and I was able to move in exactly within my desired timescale. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
