10th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We engaged S&G to sell our house earlier this year. We found all the staff we dealt with very professional as well as friendly and engaging. They produced an excellent sales brochure which was published on their website.<br>The house was sold extremely quickly and very close to the price we were hoping to achieve.<br>We would happily use S&G again should the occasion arise, and would strongly recommend them.<br>Thanks you all at S&G.
27th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.
19th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.

He was absolutely great to work with, and I would definitely love the opportunity to work with him again in the future. Jamie was also fantastic and provided great support throughout. I would highly recommend them both!

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

11th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Everyone I dealt with at David Doyle, in their various differing roles could not have made things easier for me, they were available, helpful, informative and especially patient (with my sometimes awkward questions!) And long waiting periods. In a nutshell – they were superb and very professional/courteous. They made me feel re-assured during a testing process for myself, and I will always be grateful for that. I would have NO HESITATION in recommending David Doyle to anyone.

From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.
11th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Good experience overall. Buying/Selling takes a ridiculously long time. Occasional lack of communication between staff knocked one star off, but generally very good and I would use again. All stops pulled out at the end to get over the line! Excellent.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
