24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

19th Apr 2020 (4 years ago)Absolutely excellent service from start to Finish. Paul was a building surveyor so as our house needed a little work he advised us of a realistic price. Martinis got lots of people over the threshold all taken personally around by Paul and we sold within two weeks. Would strongly recommend them.

16th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.

Jane has been fantastic her communication is second to none, she always without fail called me when she said she would. Answered any questions in straight forward terms and always checked that I understood fully. She made me feel like a person not a number on a tick list. I was so pleased with the service I appointed Skitts to sell my Mothers house as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Skitts as I’d previously used another local Company who didn’t deliver anywhere near the service I have received selling both properties. I hope they never change from the personal service they offer it is heads above any Agency I have previously used.

16th May 2022 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

I will be recommending exp to others and will use them again in the future.
