We have lovely experience with this company as they got wonderful communication skills how to approach clients by giving them guidance .Both Denis and Aaron are very kind to us during to buy this house process.we are thrilled that the whole process just completed in three months as we didn’t imagined that it would be possible. 9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)If I could leave no star I really would ! I was on the market with them for 6 months and all I had was 1 viewing. You have to chase to get any updates about your house every time they do phone you is to consider dropping the price of your house even though we had already dropped 10k off after 2 weeks but still they kept wanting to get more . I wouldn’t waste your time and as soon as our contract come to the end and I said I wanted to leave I was chucked from pillow to post on what was happening and if we were in a 28 day cooling off period trying to get a straight answer from anyone in the branch was a nightmare in the end I had to email the branch after contacting them all day just to get to an answer which took till midday the next day communication in the branch is definitely not the strongest.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them. As this was the first time buying and selling a property with them, any concerns I had were responded to instantly. They kept in contact with me weekly on progress and nothing was any trouble for them. If you're looking to buy or sell a property, trust me, you won't go wrong with Belvoir. 11th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.
