I have used them for both purchase and letting my portfolio. Kevin, Yvonne, Charles and Emmie have been great in getting my shops and flats let promptly. Communication and update at every stage has been outstanding throughout the process. I would definately recommend the firm!!

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional.<br><br>Every member of the team has been friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and that’s exactly what you hope for when buying a home.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process, but we never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions. 7th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Before check out of a rental property, Belvoir said the living room needed repainting & the house should be professionally cleaned. I done both of these things & then after check out, they tried to charge nearly £2,000 for the whole house to be repainted. I negotiated for them to lower it to the deposit amount which they agreed as it was around £1,100. Shortly after I had mail go to my old address so I went to collect it. The new tenant confirmed the house had not been repainted.

15th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)After a disastrous experience with one of the large estate agent chains, we were introduced to MECs. The team were supportive and considerate throughout our house sale, proactively marketing our property it wasn’t long before viewings resulted in a confirmed buyer. Our agent Sara regularly contacted us with updates and support in pushing the sale through. It was so refreshing to have someone who cared about our sale and they took the stress out of our house sale.<br>We felt really considered through the whole process - a very positive experience - thank you.
12th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We rented a 2 bedroom house in Solihull for nearly 3 years using this letting agency and from the get go of moving in we had non stop issues with mould and damp. We repeatedly reported the issue and would have someone come out and do odd jobs to ‘fix’ said problem but never actually resolved the cause. I told them on numerous occasions there was an underlying cause to be told there isn’t and it’s just ’tenant lifestyle’.<br><br>The last time of reporting the same issues, a few days later we then received a section 21 for us to vacate the property. (I was pregnant at the time and due a week before they wanted us out). We were told in writing over WhatsApp that the landlord wanted possession as they were selling the property.<br><br>During this time, the mould issue had been going on for so long that the council were concerned as we lived with our toddler and I was pregnant that they requested environmental health to come out and inspect the property. They then reported back to the agency with a list of issues that they finally had to fix, including the high amounts of moisture in the walls.<br><br>We have since moved out and the same house is now back up for rent for £200 more a month.<br><br>Avoid!

11th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
