24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

Keys on moving in, the checks were really quick. We’ve been in the property for 2 years now and have a great relationship with them still.

27th Feb 2026 (14 days ago)Green & Co marketed my property at an agreed asking price in September 2025. Their advert was outstanding and generated thirty viewings within the first week and six offers above the asking price. Nichola was excellent in managing the sale process through to completion.
22nd Feb 2026 (19 days ago)We have been waiting in an apartment for viewing for about 30 minutes now, and we tried calling the agents 4 times but no response from agents. Absolutely ridiculous service!!! Dont recommend this place

We rented a property in Olton for a year until the landlord decided to sell the property, resulting in us receiving a Section 21 notice. ?Their communication was clear, and they supported us to the highest level right up to the end of the tenancy agreement. They also proactively sent us alternative options—available properties around Olton. ?I highly recommend the service they offer. Moreover, their professionalism and consistently positive attitude were key to our positive experience. Thank you one more time.

They were professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process.<br><br>I would be happy to work with them again in the future.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
