From start to finish, the service has been exceptional.<br><br>Every member of the team has been friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and that’s exactly what you hope for when buying a home.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process, but we never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions. Instead, we felt supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way.<br><br>We are so excited to begin this new chapter in our lives, and a huge part of that is thanks to the outstanding service we received. 1st Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I have a ongoing issues with my tenancy. Most of the Maintenance is not being carried out. When it is carried out, the standard is so poor that it's led to more problems for them to fix. Theres mould in the house. The gas safety hasn't been done. Repairs have left it a health a safety risk to children. I need evidence from them for my benefits but they have not responded so I am now at risk of losing my house because of the landlord. I have tried ringing various numbers, leaving voicemails, emails, letters posted to them, even my lawyer cannot get a response. They simply do not care. Would not recommend but alas I do think this is a common problem with landlords on the whole anyway.

I popped into the office for some advice and received a lovely warm welcome from everybody, Josh gave me some good honest advice about my home and showed a lot of professional knowledge about the local market. Shoutout to Jay, Bria and dave too! All are a real credit to the company, I will not hesitate to use them when I sell.

How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????
